Services
Dr. Foote graduated Cum Laude, in 1976, with a Bachelor's Degree in biology from the State University of New York College at Oswego. Dr. Foote graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 1981, with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Foote was certified to practice acupuncture by the State of Colorado, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners in 1987.
Spinal manipulation is a tool used to restore normal movement to a joint and reduce the traction stress on the surrounding soft tissues. This give the injured tissue an opportunity to repair without constant strain. In many cases it will diminish pain. Mechanical stress to the joint is only one of a number of pain causing factor which must to addressed for recovery.
I'm doing this guest post as an appreciation to Applied Chiropractic and Dr. Foote for following CDC procedures during my recent visit for an adjustment. First, I know that many individuals, businesses, and even some health care providers, are being lax about. Dr. Foote is a chiropractor in Grand Junction, CO. His office is located off of Patterson near the Mesa Mall and in the same complex as Bamboo City. I have been visiting Dr. Foote for several years for the occasional adjustment. While my pain is usually in my upper back and neck, Dr. Foote has also successfully treated me for lower back pain, sciatica, and dislocated ribs and he treated me for whiplash after a car wreck. Each visit, he has taken the time to talk to me and ask about my activities to see if something new is happening that could be affecting my health. He was observant enough to notice

Dr. Foote is excellent. My wife has been using him for years and has always seen great results. I had some back issues and wasn't really sure what to do. After one visit with Dr. Foote I felt better, He was very informative and I only had to make one follow up visit. I've used the exercises and stretches he recommended and have been great since. I would definitely recommend Dr Foote.
