I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Pembroke Pines, Florida, providing diagnosis and treatment to children, adolescents, adults and couples. Services
Therapy is a unique process for each client. Our first meeting will present an opportunity for each of us: you will learn more about me and my therapeutic style, and get an idea of how we would work together, and I will learn about you, your strengths, your challenges and your goals. By the end of our initial session, I hope to make a recommendation regarding different treatment options.

My sessions with Dr. Silver have been an eye opener for me, in a good way. I have been seeing her for a year an a half through video calls.
I feel at ease with her, as she is able to create a safe and professional environment for me.
I like reflecting on what was said at our sessions, as I am always finding little clues and nuggets of useful info in them.
Her competence, experience and insights have come in handy, especially when walking her through some of the rough times and addressing some of the difficult conversations.

I’ve been in therapy off and on for about 12 years. When I found Dr Pam about 6 years ago she was able to help my wife and I salvage our marriage for which I’ll be forever grateful. More recently I have sought her out to help me work on a transition from military service. The results I get from speaking with her are undeniable. One of the best therapist I’ve ever had in my life. Dr Silver Is very knowledgeable, caring And encouraging. I never learned more about myself than when I did with her. Terribly sad I had to move away. if I could , I would have moved her with me to Tampa. I’ve been in therapy for over 20 years and by far I highly recommend Dr. Silver !
