As soon as we walked into the room it reeked of cigarettes. There was ice cream left in the fridge, the light bulb to the lamp was hanging, there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector, the towels looked dirty, and the shower head was filthy. To top it all off, there was a Crack pipe hidden underneath the mattress. We immediately put all our bags back in the car. The only thing that was good was when the man who checked us in was quick to give us our receipt and the phone number to get a refund.

It was terrible. The room was not cleaned good at all. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom & on the shower tiles, bathroom fan didn't work & the bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints on the floor, the mini fridge was dirty, the table next to the bed & floors were dusty & only 1 light worked by the beds. Definitely was not worth what I paid. Definitely will not go back.

The website was deceiving. I reserved a smoking room but was told that smoking was not allowed. When I complained, the staff threatened to charge me extra if I smoked.
Nothing in the room worked or worked properly
The toilet leaked and didnt flush correctly
It overflowed all over the floor at 3:30 in the morning. There was no one available to repair it. I was unable to take a shower. The water ran brown
I had paid for 2 nights initially but ended up vacating the room at 4 am
Quite possibly one the worst experiences ever
