Holly Roser is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Sports Nutritionist in New York City and San Francisco. She has 15 years of experience in fitness, including 10 personal training certifications. Holly is regularly featured on top websites and broadcasts across the country as a fitness personality.
Situated where El Camino Real meets 2nd Ave, in San Mateo. This newly redesigned and relaunched studio offers a complete expression of the Holly Roser Method, including custom private training, semi-private and small group classes for beginners and advanced clients, alike. Holly will walk you through a full lifestyle assessment and create a custom workout plan that delivers results.
For over fifteen years, Holly Roser has been evolving her H-Method to provide women and men across the country with a fitness program based on science and strategy that actually works. Throughout each session, participants will engage their total body while using a range of equipment to boost their metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.
In 2014, Holly created an after-school program, Girl Fit 501(c)(3), for 37 Fairfax High school students in Los Angeles, CA. The heart of the program is to motivate and inspire inner-city, low-income teens to develop their faith and life goals. The program consists of four areas of vision: art therapy classes, team workouts, nutrition classes, and female CEO guest speakers.

Just completed my first workout session in ages with a private trainer. Gabby was amazing and took into consideration all of my aches and pains and job-related issues. It felt really good to be back in the gym again. I am so grateful for meeting Holly and getting set up for success. I've been working out with Gabby at Holly Roser Fitness since October 26th and I feel freaking AMAZING! Gabby has been an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to my training sessions with her. Four sessions in and I feel sooo lucky to have found Holly Roser Fitness and to have the chance to work with Holly and Megan. They make me feel so comfortable, motivated and are so encouraging! I didn't enjoy the fitness advice I got from Holly. I felt it was focused on selling more services and not on understanding my fitness goals first. I was also taken back a bit by how she spoke to me, but I could've probably lived with it...
You may ask how I got connected with Holly despite all other gyms and studios were shutdown? Well, the studio stayed open despite the State's shutdown orders, and accepts new clients.

I joined Holly in May of 2020 hoping to better my health, I felt like COVID was really putting a damper on my regular workout routine. I worked with Vanessa 3 times a week in May and would run the other days. I lost 5 pounds in my first week from working out and watching my caloric intake that Holly provided for me. At the end of the month I had lost 10 pounds. Then I switched to semi privates because the cost was a lot for me. Such an amazing and inspiring place to work out. Even on days that I had little energy I was also so excited to get my workout in as I knew the hour sessions I spent were well worth it. I love how I feel after training with Holly. She always has a great attitude that is contagious. She makes you work hard but gives you all the support you need to be your best self.

My wife and I have been training with one of Holly’s trainers (Johnathan) at home for the past 6 months and we both have seen great results. Holly provides support all around: nutrition coaching, workout planning including on off-days when we exercise on our own & continuous follow-up to ensure we are meeting our goals.

I've been to class here twice via ClassPass and enjoyed it! I definitely like the muscular workout without it being overly powerful if HIIT which is not my forte. It's varied, and I feel a good burn.
I also did a streamed class recently through yelp and that was also awesome! I came late due to work but still feel sore the next day. A good gentle sore. The service is great here too. They follow up but don't pressure you.
The studio is small so they keep the classes intimate and you typically rotate between sessions. Get here 5 min earlier to elongate your warmup in a treadmill
