The staff at this office are very professional. Olga took care of my cleaning and she was so gentle throughout the process. This is the first time I ever had a cleaning that did not end with my gums feeling sore. Great job Olga. I also had a great experience with Carlos who took my X-rays and scans. He was very patient with me and talked me through the entire process. I will definitely return to this office.

Lovely office from start to finish! Super helpful staff that explained everything in detail, including what my insurance will cover!
Had a great cleaning done by Lucy, who told me exactly what she was doing as she did it, and gave me recommendations for how I can better care for my teeth! Left with my teeth feeling so clean!

Nina is the worst dentist ever. I wonder who let her graduate college. Such an insensitive, inhumane person should not be allowed to practice on people. She broke my teeth while filing it and it got infected. After 2 rounds of antibiotics I had to get the tooth removed (elsewhere, of course, I won't let this 6'2"-300lbs woman touch me again) and now I have to get implants. I had a dental emergency and needed a consultation and this place was the first i found. The staff is suspicious and definitely dishonest. They were pressuring me into a surgery and they are out of network with my insurance so i declined. They continued to try to convince me to call my mom and lie to her saying "how nice it is here and tell her how great the staff is and how you are in the most pain you've ever been in and that you need to get the surgery done here and nowhere else" SUSPICIOUS AT LEAST.

I came in for a cleaning and they insisted on an exam although I was departing town in a couple of days for 6 months and I wanted to wait until I got to Florida. Anyways the exam turned into replacing a filling that then hurt me for 4 weeks before I could figure out that it was due to the filling not being measured properly and being too high. I spent money at another practice on detailed x-rays. Secondly I was charged $450 I believe for a 2 second tooth brushing and fluoride treatment for my 2 year old. I had forgotten to add her to my insurance.

Getting the billing run around too. Receptionist told me as I arrived to appointment that they are not in network anymore but the only difference would be that we would pay in full and our insurance would cut us a check. "The fees would be the exact same".. I was already at the appointment. I have had excellent care for there for years.. huge mistake. Went in for a routine cleaning and check up. Now struggling to get anyone on the phone regarding my insurance charging me $500. They do not return my calls when they say they will. I have to fight with my insurance now which I have never had to do in my entire life. I never had extensive work done and do not need any still. Sad to say it appears to be consistent with others experience. This seems like a scam office.
Shame because my first visit was very good and professional (of course completely covered by my insurance) this was only my second visit.

BEWARE OF OFFICE MANAGEMENT :- this is not for the Dr. but more so office management. Unfortunately the reviews are accurate! They have the owner registered for certain insurances and I reached out requesting in network dentists only for my family but still they had my family member be seen by an out of network dentist! When I called to verify and get some answers not only were my calls not returned I had to follow up and be addressed by an extremely catty Lynette from the billing department. I then spoke to the office manager, who was to follow up with me and did not, but had a message delivered

First, I call them to check and make sure they are good with my insurance, in network and all.
Once there I tell them "if it's not covered do not do it" they said no problem. Then proceeded to do two xrays that can only be done once every 3 years. Which I had completed in Jan of 2018. So I am being charged additional $300 out of pocket because they decided not to review my account. Total cost for a 6 month cleaning and checking was $900. Totally outrageous. Secondly they will ALWAYS recommend someone to get their teeth straightened no matter what. I

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Went for a cleaning and an evaluation since I had a chipped tooth. They took Xrays (the most uncomfortable Xrays I've ever gotten. The dental assistant wasn't gentle at all). When the dentist came and checked she was pretty rude, then she called a "crown specialist" that said I needed to get 6 crowns (The craziest thing I've heard. I go to the dentist every 6 months for cleaning and checkup and no doctor has ever recommended that before). All in all their treatment reommendation was almost $30,000!!! Love Dr Izhaky, and all other dentists at this practice ....Just got a lot of work done, it was the most pleasant Experiance and the dentist. The staff is really friendly and funny. They really go out of their way to make it as painless as possible. Everything was explained well to me, and the doctor did exactly what we agreed about. I love that the doctors don't push treatments on you. I really don't like aggressive doctors, this practice really does what is in the best interest of the patient. It's important to have a dentist you trust. My teeth look beautiful and I have no pain

This review is for my hygienist, Alex Sobolev. He's been my hygienist since I started going here (almost 4 years @ this point) and he's been knowledgeable, patient and effective at getting me to main the right choices for my dental health. Example: I didn't want to take antibiotics for some temporary gum issues I was having, so he waited a visit to see if they self-resolved. When they didn't, I finally listened and it worked. Same for getting my wisdom teeth out - with his help I waited as long as I could then got it done. And this year, after telling me the past couple visits

I have never been overcharged and harassed by a dental practice before - but Tribeca Dental Studio really outdid themselves. While Dr Nina Izhaky was informative, she recommend antibiotics for gums which cost me over $200 (for what was supposed to be an annual cleaning). I then went back (as per her request) to check up and complete the cleaning with fluoride which I was informed I had to pay for only until after...$84!
I thought i learned my lesson and just wouldnt go back to a clearly money-hungry and unethical practice but instead I keep getting
