BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. This man thinks he’s a genius but he’s a con artist in disguise. His practice is overbooked and his skills are below average. He books 5 people for one time slot and sits you in his practice like a line of goods going through a manufacturing plant. One assistant does this and that one does that. Then finally the big man dr Lai comes through when he merely does nothing. Your appointment goes for 2 hours when all you get is him changing out the rubber bands in your braces. He’s a joke and money machine. I think Asians take their kids there cause it’s in the heart of

Dr. Yon Lai is in my opinion not a good doctor. I can barely ask a question and even when I do it is ignored or just unheard. But even worse was the reception. The people are VERY rude. However, the nurses and assistants inside are much kinder, one of them threw together a 2 minute goody bag for me when I had an appointment on my birthday, which was really nice of them. Arguments will be common here, because it really does feel like you get scammed, such as not being clear if a retainer will be covered as well.

I m satisfied with the services. From beginning to the end. Started braces when I started dating my wife, then got it remove few days before my wedding at flushing location. Now having my broke retainer replace. For those talk about they only want money, they running a business. This is not free, I would not want them to ran out of business doing things for cheaper prices. All those employees to pay, rents, expenses. You think employees will work for free. You think the landlord will decrease the rent....

Dr. Yon Lai was very good! he was personable! Response to any calls herself!
The staff made sure I had all the information I needed, regarding treatment and payments, they show my the video about foods I can or can't eat, how to wear my rubber bands, and they were very friendly and answered any questions I had.
As for the office in general, it is very sanitary.
All in all, would definitely recommend this place for treatment!

Dr. Yon Lai, is such a dedicated, compassionate and an EXPERT in what he does. He is really knowledgeable and makes the process as smooth as possible. I am so pleased with his work that I will be coming back with my older son. My case is extremely complicated and he was the ONLY ONE that really cared about me and my complicated case.
