We are proud to offer goop-free, full digital impressions with the new state of the art iTero ElementTM Scanner. Digital impression are more comfortable and also much more accurate. The scanner takes an incredibly detailed impression of your teeth and gums. Once the scan is complete, we will then have a 3D model of your mouth that can be used for diagnosis and treatment planning.
The patient will have a thorough clinical evaluation. Dr. Karpov will determine if he or she will benefit from and is ready to start an orthodontic treatment. Recommendations on what type of appliances and approximate length of treatment will be made at this time. The patient will be scheduled for his or her second appointment, for establishing orthodontic records.
Placing orthodontic appliances on the teeth is not a painful procedure. At the end of the appointment, you will feel like you have foreign objects in your mouth, and you will probably find it hard to believe that you will ever become accustomed to the braces. Believe it or not, by the end of the week, it will feel as if the braces are part of your teeth.

This review is WAY over due. Besides the office being up to par with the cleanliness and the professional staff. Both of my daughters and I are treated wonderful every signal visit, over the past 3 years. Dr. Karpov and her AMAZING staff, from the receptionists to the TECHS are absolutely the best. The whole team made our journey supper comfortable and smooth every appt.

Had an AMAZING experience with braces and Dr. Karpov over this last year. She pulled off a feat of moving my bottom molar that my dentist said was nearly impossible. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, and really nice. Would recommend her to children and adults. Their office is also super clean and nice and COVID safe. So grateful to have found Dr Karpov! She saved me thousands of dollars in teeth extraction/implants.

They are warm and friendly and have always been very helpful and supportive throughout my treatment and in follow up. her work is impeccable. The office is impeccably clean and bright, staff are professional and friendly, and Dr. Karpov is patient, thorough and GENTLE.
