My wife has been a member here on and off for several years. She has had a good experience there. But in October she asked if the staff is vaccinated for Covid. The staffer told her that the manager won't let them disclose that. After a back and forth about it my wife said she wanted to cancel her membership. They acknowledged it was canceled. But they charged her bank card $70 in November and December. She recently noticed the charges and she called and explained to a staff person what had happened and asked that the 2 months be credited back to her card. The staff person said she would talk

For the first time ever im DONE with Balance day spa. We had group services scheduled a month in advance in March and the week of they call to say the person scheduled could not be there so we had to scramble and make additional accommodations for a birthday weekend. Now things happen so gave them a pass. Now made accommodations a month in advance for mother's day. Get a call today therapist is out for the rest of the month. Once again because of their inability to accommodate on this holiday weekend we are left to our own devices. Every one is booked now. THEY should plan for things

I had a massage by Hector in Greensboro today. I wish I could have one daily from him! It was literally the best massage I have ever had. I have had quite a few and I am always concerned with an over zealous massage therapist. Some are just too rough. He listened to what I wanted and applied JUST enough pressure. I felt like a new person when I walked out!

I haven't had a manicure in years, a fact I'm sure my specialist, Tamara, picked up on right away. Regardless, she made me feel welcomed and at ease with her care and pleasant conversation. I'm a cuticle picker, so my hands were a mess, but in just 40 minutes Tamara gave them new life! I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be returning to Tamara's chair as soon as possible.

I decided I needed a massage and some general pampering. I picked this location because it's close to home. I walked in and loved the lobby with crystal chandeliers and a general calmness. I had called and gotten an appointment for a massage. I was told that Lydia would be my masseuse. This girl is amazing! She unkinked knots that had been in my shoulders for years! She asked all the COVID questions and was very conscientious of my health and safety. Well, as much as you can getting a massage. I had a great experience and enjoyed my day of pampering!

My issue is with the front staff. When arriving we were told we would receive a text when we could come in. I called when we got here and after holding for 6 minutes I hung up. When the text came through we went in. They then told me my massage was going to be 20 minutes shorter because my therapist had someone behind them and I was late for my appointment. After telling them I had waited on hold and had been in the parking lot they told me they would do the massage complimentary. When I came to check out and leave a tip I was told it could only

I've been a spa member over 2 years at the Greensboro location. My spa appointment always includes a microdermabrasion treatment. The equipment has been working poorly over a year now. The crystals shoot all over my face & upper body. I've been told numerous times the machine will be replaced and yet it hasn't. I'm very disappointed with this part of my service. Also the spa room temperatures are extremely too cool. On a positive note, my esthetician is great and her name is Ally.

Overall, it was just an okay experience and not the level of service I expected and paid for at such an elite spa. I received a couple of services and they were both good, but not great or excellent. My pedicure had the potential to be amazing; however, I felt there was a missed opportunity to focus 100% on performing my service and allowing for pure relaxation. Sweet tech, but too much chattering with the coworker. My greatest disappointment was with the amenities. This was my first time getting a massage here and I must say I really enjoyed the experience. I've had massages from Groupon and they were more compression based and partly was due to my own comfort level. As I did my research I felt that something more of a spa facility was what I needed. I purchased a 80 minute massage ($120) with Eric who was so great. Any questions or apprehensions I had he accommodated and made me feel so relaxed. I went just this morning to have my brows waxed for the first time at this salon. SARA was absolutely fabulous! I've had my brows done for many years. Though I typically go to the same salon, I have been to several others in the past too because I haven't been able to get a convenient time for an appointment. The most amazing thing here was the amount of time she spent doing my brows!!! It wasn't the typical slap on wax, rip, a few plucks and trim. She took her time to make sure that they were nothing less than meticulously perfect!!
