Very disappointing. Don’t go here long term if you can help it. They change their acceptable insurance a lot. So much so it’s on their message on their phone. I have a bone stuck in my mouth that’s pretty big. Not just a piece. Finksburg waited until the day before my procedure to let me know my insurance is no longer accepted. I am left high and dry and in pain. Meanwhile they are listed on my insurance providers website. I’d hate to see anyone else be in the position I am. Find a dentist that doesn’t change their accepted plans like the wind to leave you left in pain and having to start

A few years ago I was on the hunt for a new dentist office as my Dentist of 40 years retired. I was devastated as I never thought I would find another dentist I would like. After trying a couple offices I was disappointed that I hadn't found one I liked yet. A few friends mentioned Finksburg Dental so I decided to try them out. I was so glad I did. My first visit was with Dr. Patel. She was so kind, friendly, and professional. Her staff were just as delightful and knowledgeable as well. Since then both of my children(who also were very fond of our newly retired dentist) really liked the practice

I wanted to leave a review for the Finksburg Dental Associates and to thank Dr. Jung and Becca for their care during my visit. I am a new patient and they were so helpful in explaining every part of my visit to me -- Becca taking the x-rays and Dr. Jung giving me the results with her recommendations as to how to proceed going forward. All the associates I came into contact with were so polite and helpful. I'm actually looking forward to return visits and having my dental issues solved.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the front desk staff to the check out staff. They eased my anxiety every step of the way. Together, we formulated a treatment plan with detailed explanation from Dr. Jung and the dental assistant who took all the x-rays. Definitely a practice to use if you have Dental anxiety.

Great Dental Practice. They help me get my family scheduled together which is very helpful. The hygienists are friendly and explain in easy to understand terms what they are planning for the day. Oh, And they are great about letting me know what is covered and what isn't covered by insurance so I can decide before my treatment. Dr's are also so friendly and easy to work with. They carefully watch my dental history and aren't in a rush to fixing everything they see on the first visit. I truly appreciate that approach.

Positives: dentists are friendly, do a good job and (unlike a lot of dentists) they don't push expensive services and products I don't want. cleanings get my teeth white and very clean. office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. very accomodating when making appointments. short and reasonable wait when I arrive at my appointment time.
