Jonathan was extremely detailed and thorough. He took the time to go through the entire property and explain everything he was noting in his report as well as offered to assist with any questions even AFTER we close on the house. As a first-time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. My inspector Jeremy was very friendly, answered all my questions, and compiled the report quickly. The report was really thorough, included photos and videos, and had suggestions for things I would’ve overlooked myself (like a catch pan under the washing machine).

Jon was great! He showed up on time and was very thorough. He answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of information on things we wouldn’t have even known to ask. We got the report back just a few hours after the inspection, which is great when you are in a time crunch trying to close on a house. On top of all of this he was so sweet! Our realtor said she wants to use him every time because he was so wonderful!

During the inspection they were understanding to our concerns and we were provided with the explanations that everyone can understand.
Company uses the latest technology in inspecting not only the outside of the house, but also inside. Special attention was given to any adverse condition inside the walls.

Great service! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and seamlessly within 48 hours of my desired inspection date. They were always easy to reach by telephone and I was consistently given updates to confirm my appointment (email, text, phone call). My inspector, Jeremy, was extremely professional and efficient. He was the first person to arrive and was ready to go immediately. He provided the final report within 8 hours of the inspection completion. Outstanding in every way. Highly recommend.
