My husband and I love Montano’s. It was the first restaurant we went to after the long sad period brought on by the pandemic.
We found the restaurant to be warm and inviting. The dining area as well as other facilities continue to be clean and comfortable
The staff are competent, friendly and attentive in every manner. Most of all the food is great!

Great family restaurant for Italian dinner! We had 8 people, including a 3 and 5 year old, so we headed there before 6. We didn't have enough to get in for the 10+ people reservation. Our server was great, as she was clearing her own tables and taking her own orders. Busy gal! For late December, the place was really busy. Great to see!

Cocktails at Montanos were great, along with the wine and beer list. We all ordered entrees along with the $6 salads. Some ordered appetizers, but the entrees are large enough, where if you don't go with a really hearty appetite, it's too much food

Excellent restaurant that I have driven by for more than 30 years and one day I wondered what I might be missing. I stopped in and then I wondered why I have never stopped before. Nothing short of great. Great service and great food. The inside is a little dated, but hey who cares. Delicious. The butternut squash ravioli, the best! Stop in it open year round.

We enjoyed our experience the other night from start to finish. Our oldest had requested that we go to Montano's for chicken parmesan for his birthday, and it was delicious as always. Darlene was our server, and her service was perfectly timed, in spite of the fact that they were very busy. We felt very relaxed in their spacious dining room, and we all left happy and full of great food.

A Higher end type of place. The food is amazing, the fresh bread is a wonderful touch. The server was polite and professional. The establishment was neat and clean. A great atmosphere as well. THEY MAKE ALL THEIR PASTA FROM SCRATCH. They have highchairs and a children's section on the menu. They do not serve doubles on the drinks, just doubles in taller glasses, however the drinks were well made well and very tasty. I Definitely recommend a visit if your in the area.

This was good Italian food. The meal was served in a timely manner and the atmosphere was very nice. I'm holding my tongue (unusual for me) and I realize that we all have bad days and these are trying times but the server left a great deal to be desired. I hope the problem was us and not everyone was treated the same as us. Her attitude was less than nice.

After 2 weeks of eating nothing but fish, we decided to try Montano's on our last night in Truro! The Best spaghetti and meatballs (other than my own) I have had in a very long time! The meatballs were cooked perfectly. Nice and moist, not hard as rocks. The home-made pasta, superb! And the Arancini - OMG! Absolute perfection on a plate and I so loved the Arancini in a Parmesan cream sauce as opposed to a red sauce. My only regret is that we did not eat there more often during our 2 week vacation! We did take-out pizza one night and, again, just the best! So fresh. You could taste every ingredient

Clam pizza is one of their delicious specialties balanced nicely with garlic and bacon. You get the impression you are going back to a simpler time on the Cape with the restaurants homey decor. The owners take great pride in their business and it shows with the food and service. Genuine value. Families can enjoy this place. We will be back here for the standards like delicious veal parmigiana, spaghetti and meat balls and Caesar salad. Wonderful.

It's been a looong time since we've been to the Cape, but we always make a stop at Montano's. This trip did not disappoint! Food was fantastic and service was, too. Our party of four started with two large, crispy arancini and the calamari with peppers, which was a nice, spicy switch from the standard calamari-with-marinara (which they also have on the menu). The hub and I both added a Caesar salad to our entree orders and the anchovies added to his salad (I declined) were large and plentiful. For the main course, hub ordered the linguine with clams, 17 had the ricotta gnocchi with

Came to this place as a recommendation from a worker at the place you were staying. They are located just outside of town with its own large parking lot. It was pretty busy on a Wednesday afternoon, as parking spots were limited. We were able to get seated as soon as the hostess came to her podium.

For entrées, we ordered the fettuccine carbonara, spaghetti and meatballs, the Saltimbocca with chicken, and the Pompeii with veal. It was abundantly labeled that the pasta was all made fresh. From what I tried of the carbonara, the fettuccini was good but the pork was incredibly salty and was over

The perfect Italian restaurant on the outer cape. The restaurant atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with plenty of seating inside a large dining area, which is highlighted with a large stone fireplace. Our server started our meal by delivering warm crusty bread, which was served with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese (photo included). The servers were attentive and helpful without being overbearing.

Montano's offers a wide selection of wines (both by the glass and bottle), beer and specialty cocktails. We started with an amazing array of appetizers. The Arancini was crispy

Finished our visit to Truro with this gem and I can say every single senior, adult, teenager, and child in our group of 7 LOVED their food!

The lamb ragu was out of this world good! Also, surprisingly, we all loved their fried mozzarella- creamy and crispy and perfect. It's definitely not the kind from a pub or Sonic.

Treat yourselves! Support this business! And get there for their wonderful early dinner specials! This place gets packed for dinner QUICK, and it's easy to see why!

Don’t get me wrong, Montano’s is a very nice restaurant, good selection of drinks and food. Service was great too. The reason it didn’t get 4 stars ⭐️ is because all the food were on the salty side but many other seem to love it.

Discovered this little gem on the way to Provincetown. There were four of us. I started off with a peach Cosmo which was fabulous, and my mom started off with the fig martini. Both drinks were excellent served in their own mini shakers.
To start off, we ordered the Arancini as an appetizer. This was really delicious, and had an extremely crispy Exterior, with a soft rice and melted cheese interior. It was just perfec! II loved the sauce it came with.
But the bread! The freshly baked bread was served on a cutting board with a dish of olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan on it to dip into

A fantastic family-owned Italian restaurant in Cape Cod, you can’t go wrong if you chose Montano’s for lunch/dinner. We were a huge group and decided to split into smaller groups so that we could order without thinking too much. The bread served was delicious and soft, we had to have additional servings. We started off with ordering the fried mozzarella marinara which seemed unique and tasted great. We then went for a fettuccine Alfredo which couldn’t have been better done. The Alfredo sauce was as good as it gets. The pizza that we ordered turned out to be huge and we were smart in the sense

We've had a couple of sit in meals and they were excellent, served with homemade pasta. The wine selection is superb!

The pizza is very excellent! We've taken out pizza maybe a dozen times and is very flavorful.

Montanos is now our go-to Italian restaurant and pizzeria here on Cape Cod.

Stopped in for a pizza and drink. Was met at the front and eventually sat by a harried hostess.

Between sitting and getting our pizza an hour passed.

There's no other way to phrase this. The pizza just wasn't good.

I've had Margarita pizzas without red sauce before but that has only been when tomatoes are in season. This was flavorless tomatoes loaded on a solid base of melted cheese with basil baked in underneath.

In the picture you're seeing sausage and meatballs on top. Skip that too. To quote the waitress "even if you order half of a topping we charge full

Needed to get dinner when I got to the Cape late Wednesday night and nearly everywhere was closed so I decided to give this a try. Got the goat cheese ravioli special for $23 and it definitely wasn't anything to write home about. It was a very mild goat cheese flavor. The bread and oil offered was delicious. The clam chowder was pretty good. Service was decent. Plenty of parking available

This restaurant was the closest to our mini-vacation rental. Italian - yes please!

This is more than just your usual Italian. Rich, complicated flavors. Deep tastes. Perfect pasta. Gnocchi from heaven.

I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular spot!! Thank you for the best takeout of the year.

Friendly factor 5 stars from start to finish Go for the bread, oh the bread. The awesome olive oil complimented the carby goodness. The menu is expansive. We chose eggplant parmesan, fruiti de mer and beef ragu. The homemade pasta was very tasty. The seafood dish was chock full of shellfish. Sauces were a bit too oily for our palates but easy enough to rectify next time. We were treated to a comp key lime pie for my birthday. It was sublime!! Our server made the night flow! She was a delight!!

Addendum: leftovers, the next day, even better!!!!

This restaurant is always our most reliable option for dine in or for take out. Everything is cooked with perfect consistency, and we've never been let down by service or by food. This is saying a lot, because we come here frequently and we've tried a lot of the menu. The homemade pasta is always the perfect texture, the pizza has a delicious crispy crust and fresh toppings, and my husband always orders some type of steak option, which is always cooked exactly how he likes it. Also, the Nutella cheesecake is to die for. The atmosphere is casual and spacious, but the food tastes like

This is one of the few places that I swear the food got better when they went to takeout only during Covid. Fantastic takeout Italian food. Also great service and place runs like a well oiled machine. Dinner takes about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes....so order ahead of time. Also make sure that you either have Parmesan at home or request it on the side.
Making me hungry just thinking about it.
Enjoy!!

We came here for dinner on our first day in Cape Cod. We passed by this beautiful restaurant right before entering the intersection to go to the resort. Then I checked the reviews. When we asked the manager/owner at the resort, he gave this restaurant as one of our options. We took his words for it since the reviews were pretty good.

We had a nice attentive waitress named Barbara. We ordered a clam pizza pie for an appetizer, then crabmeat stuffed flounder for me, and spaghetti with meatballs for Hubby. I think the pizza's crust was good but lacked clams, instead the bacon taste overpowered

We ordered eight main courses with salads, appetizers and desserts for takeout. When I drove to Montano’s Restaurant, I was impressed by their signage requirements regarding social distancing and wearing masks. Their staff were all masked and more importantly they seemed comfortable wearing them. The kitchen made everything we ordered to our specifications. My one regret was failing to ask them to label each of the take out containers, since it would have made it easier for us to recognize which dish was for each of our family members. This wasn’t their fault, how could they know we’d be

This is a nice Italian restaurant averagely priced (for Cape Cod) with a nice ambiance and good service. The food quality is above average starting with their freshly made pasta making it a place good for both lunch and dinner. Portions are generous and selection of beverages is decent. This is a kids friendly place with a few appropriately sized portion for the little ones too. Parking is ample and free. Bathrooms are clean and overall place seems well taken care of.
