The Fairway Restaurant and Pizzeria, located on Route 6 in North Eastham, specializes in delicious, homemade foods and warm, friendly service. We're all family here at the Fairway, with sisters, parents, and husbands working together to provide our customers with nothing but the best: quality foods made with quality ingredients, served in a comfortable, inviting place.
Two slices toast topped with mashed avocado and poached eggs finished with house recipe everything bagel seasoning and fresh micro greens. Our homemade pumpkin sweetbread dipped and grilled as French toast, topped with whipped cream and praline pecans. With broccoli, summer squash, zucchini, red and green peppers, onion and cheddar, served with fresh fruit and your choice of toast.
A crispy chicken breast filet stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, served with mashed potatoes, sauteed carrots, broccoli and a Dijon cream sauce. Wild mushroom risotto and scallops topped with rainbow micro greens and accented with a fresh herb truffle oil. Served with whipped cream, and topped with our House made Four Sisters Snappy Ginger granola.

We like to go to The Fairway every time we come to the Cape. The food is always delicious! This is the first year we could make reservations (probably due to spacing because of the virus). Our waitress, Casey, was great! They are great for any meal, but I had breakfast there this time. Such a selection including creamed chipped beef, biscuits and gravy, potato pancakes, waffles, pancakes, egg scrambles, eggs benedict, and so much more.

Very good. I have been there many times this season. Value is average, meaning, they are just a little higher priced on most of their items. I would like to see their burgers, sandwiches, and sides come down about 20% to be a good value. But understand that the food is excellent and the staff are beyond nice. They work very hard to make sure they take care of everyone. I prefer them over any of the restaurants around them.

I would like to thank the ownership and staff for catering my sons wedding dinner. Even in these difficult times we were able to have a small gathering outdoors at the Hole in One in Orleans. The ability to comfortably social distance, and celebrate this wonderful occasion was well thought out and executed. The food was excellently prepared and unbelievably scrumptious, and topped of with a large selection of desserts. Thank you for helping to make this day special.
