They are scammers, asked and called, this company transferred me someone that said they were scammers, keep getting their calls. I got block their number, guy-video-online-youtube says on MLS, they are not on MLS a question I asked them the 20th harassing call/texts -- they gave me MLS #'s off by wrong number of digits, then they sent me property id that doesn't exist

They never connected us to the listing agent, instead they provide you a number to a totally different person (who may, or, may not be an agent). We asked for details and also to set up appointment to see property..and they mentioned they would have to call us back...But,, that person, Never called us back....! Very Strange and seems a bit Leary 🤔 !!!

The beycome team has a great concept. I listed on a Thursday night and had so much interest from the internet listing I didn't have time to put the sign out the front. I showed about nine groups over the weekend and had multiple offers by Monday. I did need a bit of support dealing with multiple offers and Sam gave me that through chat and phone conversations. The saving by selling my home myself will be over $14k. I would recommend beycome to anyone.

Need to point out a specific contact person who has been exceptional on my previous sale and current one. Rachelle, the customer service manager is fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and capable. There is no reason what so ever for anyone to go with anyone else than beycome if you are selling your home.

Their sight was misleading and instead of getting on my local towns MLS we were put on the state MLS and agents couldn't see my property. I called after listing was active for less than 2 days and canceled and asked for my money back. They agreed to give me half of my money back so $50. It has now been almost 2 months and I have called them more than 30 times and still don't have my refund. I keep getting the run around of oh it's being processed please wait 3-5 days and it's for sure not happening so every 5 days I am calling and I keep getting the same run around. I have email

I found Beycome from calling a real estate add on a property for sale and they just so happen to tell me about them. So at first I had my doubts and that was after I read one bad review. I have never sold a house so I had no clue on how the process worked. I was so fortunate to get ahold of Luis from Beycome and he assured me my add would be posted on the MLS and not to worry. Also Luis would text me or call me right back as soon as I text him. They advertise and promise to put you on the MLS then take you off, false advertising!! Now refusing to refund for their service!! Stay far far away from this place!!

I bit the bullet and purchased the MAX plan which ran me $299 to list my parents house in Miami. The team reached out about an hour later, and helped schedule a team to come to the house and take pictures. They did an amazing job creating a 3D tour of the home and a really awesome overhead drone shot. The listing was posted a day or two later, and I received my MLS listing number. About a day after the listing went live, I received a number of super high quality fliers and brochures.
The home was sold about a month later, and saved my parents an estimated $9k - $10k by not using a listing

2. and offer other Realtor's fair commission to bring buyers
3. They hijacked all my potential buyers and wanted to refer to other agents.
4. When buyers called they did not refer them to me !! Scam
5. They did not connect me to the Listing Agent to speak to her to complain about the same. Break Professional and Licensing Norms for real Estate Agents/Brokers. i will complain to the relevant authority also.

I would definitely not recommend Beycome because they do not have their act together. After 2 weeks of my listing with Beycome it still had not been pushed out to Zillow. In addition, they "advertise" full state of Florida listing but actually only use one local area MLS. They guarantee you will be happy with their company but good luck gets refund if you're not happy.
Very very disappointed with my experience at Beycome. Do not waste your time with them!

Went to list my property with Beycome, after back and forth with their online service and still not having my listing active (after I already paid them for the listing) for three days, I finally called them and the rep told me they didn't cover my property's county? I wasted 3 days with them and had to get a refund, they seem very disorganized, would never use them again for any other listing as they don't seem credible.

I'm with Serendipity D on this one. Steer Clear! Upon payment, I was told that my listing would be up within 24 hours. When it wasn't, I called to find out what the delay was. I will say that they're excellent at answering their phone and very courteous. Courtesy, however is nothing when you can't deliver on what you say you are going to do... (over and over again). I was told they were having "technical difficulties" and that listing would be up within the next 24 hours. When not up even 48 hours later, I was told "we had a freeze, but it's being fixed

I got their $89 unlimited package. The listing was supposed to go up in 24hr but after 3 days nothing, so I called. The lady said sorry it will be up tomorrow morning. A few minutes later I received a message with my MLS number. I also had to call once because I hadn't received my yard sign. I received it a few days later. Now when I need to make a change to the listing, I email and get a reply the same day. All in all, recommended.

Whenever I had a question or concern the operator Nancy would help me immediatly weather I called or emailed. STEER CLEAR OF THESE FOLKS! I think they are the epitome of "fly by night' type of company. I expect they will be out of business real soon. The owner "Nancy" doesn't bother to return phone calls or even emails when you try to utilize their services. They seem very shady and disorganized. I make more than one attempt to use their MLS flat rate listing service to list several of my properties. When I left a message and asked for a return phone call....I never got one. When I sent an email, I was told to call. When I sent other emails just asking about simple questions
