TERRIBLE property management!
I rent one of the units they manage for owners that live out of the U.S. I have now been without the use of my kitchen sink for 11 days. They finally sent someone to look at it two days ago, but he said he needed "approval" for the repairs and we haven't heard from him since. Thanksgiving is in 5 days and i need my kitchen functioning ASAP!
This is an unacceptable response time to necessary repairs to a property.
Do NOT choose this company to manage your properties!! They will neglect your investment property!
