Find yourself a realtor who will help you, not fight what you are trying to do. Literally only asked to submit a offer for a VA loan. Instead of her asking me questions she assumed I did not have funding and asked that I show proof past a pre qualification, and also called my offers weak so she refused to submit them. If you are a top earner, I would avoid this realtor, find someone who will listen to you and trust you. Her quote: "I’ve been doing this along time. Trust me I sent in the offer and I’m 95% sure they won’t accept. Please find another realtor if you can not take my advice. "

Lauren is a very professional easy going realtor, she’s very sweet and knowledgeable she worked with me even through my free time is very late at night and she was still responding to my questions emilas etc.. Just moved here from New York and couldn't have had a better experience with Lauren. We only had 2 days to pick a property since our time was very limited. She had all the properties ready for our arrival.

My daughter and I have been working with Lauren for several months and I have to say her service is phenomenal. Always around to answer any questions and helped my daughter with buying her first property. She connected me with an amazing lender and he truly worked miracles. Lauren is so professional. She gets back to you right away and always listens to her clients. I was under a lot of stress to find a new condo during the high season and she found me the perfect place. She is great at knowing what suits you.
