I made a reservation through reserve. Com and I specifically explain that I wanted a hotel with breakfast included for four people, they recommended travelers inn, and when I got there on Dec. 17 they had a signed no breakfast due to COVID 19, swimming pool same reason lobby closed they I had a sign i will be back in five minutes, the only reason I didn’t walked out is because my daughter had 20 minutes to get ready for her graduation we were traveling from LA. We couldn’t sleep well there was noise all night long, some one try to open our door maybe by mistake my wife yelled at them people

Its pretty quiet so you'll get to rest.
We had a hard time with our key to get into our room. Switched keys several times, never worked ( and friends did to). The room was clean but hasn't had a "face lift" in a while.
You get WiFi but no other amenities ( no coffee pot, hair dryer, Iron).
No breakfast provided due to Covid, and it makes sense. Its close to I-10. A little more care given to the premises, and it has the potential of being a better place to stay.

We called in advance. Didn't get the room we asked for when we arrived. Had to ask for another. Wasn't told their pool and amenities were closed. Super shady area. They allowed people to pay very loud music very late into the night. Not clean. Mold in bathroom. Not enough towels. When we asked for more towels and trash bags we never received them. Worst place I have ever stayed!

Please do a better job cleaning those rooms and bathrooms people! Greasy HAIR prints all over the headboards. And put some lightbulbs in your room from fixtures. 2 missing and 1 burned out? C'mon. This is easy stuff if you run a hotel. The bathroom was gross, nasty sticky stuff all over the mirror, a big hole someone obviously punched in the back of the door. The front door on the room had quite a large gap so you can see daylight from the doorknob all the way down. I regret not booking next door at Comfort Inn.

I stayed here for 1.5 months. The location is nice considering that it's near everything you could need; however, the surrounding area itself feels unsafe, and I wouldn't suggest going out at night. During my stay, the pool was under repair and was unavailable, feral cats were roaming around, roaches were a common sight outside but not in my room, my door broke and needed to be replaced, power to my room was cut twice, my room was flooded twice (I was on the bottom floor), mushrooms grew out of the walls/flooring, and other details that are more nick picky and need not be mentioned.
