NO HEAT! OVERPRICED! This place has a nice lobby and pool area, however the rooms are horrible. Low ceilings, small, dark bathrooms, old beds! There were huge stains on the hallway carpet which looked like vomit. The beds seemed very old and creaked and sunk when you got in them. Terribly uncomfortable!!! The rooms are like a 2-3 star motel at best. Everything is old. Shower had mold and mildew. There is a creepy painting of some lady in the bathroom who "stares" at you when you shower... strange vibe. I would not sit on the sofa in the room because the fabric looked so dirty I couldn

We had a quick lovely stay here at the newly renovated Scott Resort which used to be a Kimpton property.
First impressions are that this place knows high end service: the interior lobby is beautiful with a sort of Miami vibe and the grounds are quite lovely.
I had asked about price matching and it doesn’t appear they do that - at least not for Hotel Tonight? Seemed a little strange to me considering most hotel chains encourage you to book directly and inquire about price matching. We ended up paying much more than I would have through HT (about $100+ or so), but the check in clerk upgraded

This place is so great!! Nothing but great memories here visited 2x now for a company Christmas party and was not let down the food was amazing especially the braised beef. The rooms are beautiful they have a separate vanity area. Very nice outside patio overall enjoyed all the amenities this place has to offer

The resort is fine - but fine is unacceptable when you're paying US$500 per night for a room in my opinion. My two biggest complaints are that 1.) housekeeping only comes every other day - what?? We stayed for 6 nights and therefore our room was cleaned twice. Never in my lifetime of staying at hotels ranging from 2-5 stars have I experienced housekeeping every other day and definitely not for $500/night! 2.) There are two pools that are completely shaded. We came to Scottsdale for the sun and the fact that you couldn't catch a single ray of sun at the pool from the time it rose until the time

When I say a picture is not always what it seems, that is exactly what I found with this resort. I do a lot of staycations and the management is awful here. They brought me back for a " bad experience " but chose to have me sleep in a room right next to the dumpsters looking at a cement wall! I left a day early and no one even noticed. You'd think they would make sure the stay was a good one the second time around.
It was so pleasant to wake up to the garbage truck at 6am !
Needless to say I don't have a lot to say !

Facilities are comparable to a slightly dated Marriott. Feels like service training is led by someone that learned their craft in the fast food industry. As you look around you get the sense that there was a discount price you weren’t aware of. You can tell this place was created for the insta crowd. If you care about taking a couple of cool pics and pretending you were at a nice resort this place is for you. Many great resorts in the area if you want to stay at a legitimate resort.

Facilities were grossly understaffed (or at least the staff on hand could not handle the volume). For such a pricy, supposed "4 star resort", I was extremely disappointed. And honestly - I felt sorry for the staff. They seemed completely unsupported. I can give some specific examples. For starters, the check-in area is tiny and cannot handle large groups. Bad layout. On a busy Saturday, the Kitchen Manager apparently stopped all food orders at the Canal Club bar so nobody could order any food from the bar. Drinks were also pretty backed up, but again they seemed understaffed and the bartender was

Booking a relaxing weekend??? Think again!
We booked a 50th birthday party, relaxing weekend for 5 girls.
Room is kind mid century, low ceiling, but cute. Not $$ cute.
Pool was CLOSED for a private party!!! What??? So we came to Scottsdale for a pool and drinks and the pool was closed!
The wedding was #200 people outside on our patio essentially. Loud music past midnight, and they booked the wedding party in our wing, and they partied until 3am. I complained and no one cared or called me back.

Today I had the Cuban sandwich and the was crusty, pork savory & the sauce and jalapeño pickles really just made my whole afternoon.
Immediately when you walk into the lobby your swept away into their beautifully designed interior full of foliage and plenty of gorgeous seating. A short stroll forward and the pool is sparkling and inviting just like their online photos! Will be back soo,

As much as we love The Strawberry Inn, we're travel junkies at heart and LOVE visiting other boutique hotels and learning all we can. That's why we jumped at the opportunity to have a little stay-cation at The Scott Resort & Spa. The Scott is unique in that while it is part of a group of hotels (Classic Group and Hotels), each hotel has a completely unique design, and is managed directly by Classic Group to give each guest a beautiful botique experience! We had a 3 night stay and wanted to leave after the first night. So disappointed.
Pool- filthy, garbage everywhere, garbage cans over flowed and were never emptied through out the day.
Pool rules no saving lounge chairs. If not being used, towels and other items will be removed after a half hour by security. Good rules which rude guest never followed. No security and chair were being saved starting at 6am. No towels Just to go swimming if you wanted. We even asked the front desk for towels and their reponce was that's house keeping. Ok, request it from house keeping as they weren't

We had heard a lot about this resort and decided to go for dinner and drinks. The drinks were great. Food was decent.
We sat in the area outside between the pool and the bar. The pool was crazy busy - literally packed. I was shocked at how many were in it during COVID. The bar was constantly busy with people from the pool and those of us sitting nearby. We had to order food from the bar because it was before they began serving. The bartenders were super busy but very helpful and friendly.
We wore masks though when we were away from our seats.

The Scott Resort is one of my favorite resorts in Scottsdale. I mean- what a vibe. Right? If you know you know. And if you've seen the pictures of this picturesque Havana 1930s-modern resort then you get the vibe check.

The resort is beautiful and so relaxing. The lobby just buts you at ease with the décor and plants everywhere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We spent the day at the pool and enjoyed the beautiful Arizona sun.
We enjoyed lunch and cocktails poolside and the food and drinks were wonderful. They had some great poolside food options and loved they had servers so you didn't have to go to the bar.
The rooms were well appointed and clean. I will keep this resort as an option when I come back to the Phoenix area. The resort is also minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale

This has to be one of my favorite locations whenever I need a quick getaway... or as we say around here "Staycation" from the normal grind. The pandemic has created a limited atmosphere of interaction so it can be hard but think of this place's lobby, hotel room, and "comfortable seating nooks" around the property as a means to help calm your mind and spirits (that's what it does for me)

4.5 out of 5! I drove all the way to Scottsdale from LA for work back in September and I was so excited to enjoy my time there in a gorgeous resort! I stayed for 4 nights.
PROS
-amazingly comfortable beds! I can't tell you enough how real one and soft they are. I even tried to take the sheets off so I could see what bed it was lol
-gorgeous pool area with nice decor and Lots of seating
-delicious drinks/cocktails, I loved all of them
-the design of the rooms and hotel over all, I'm an interior designer and was there for a project so that definitely stood out to me
-Convenient parking

I wouldn't consider this a resort at all-more of a motel that had a refresh.
The rooms are okay-nothing resort like about them. Bathrooms are pretty small, but updated. Beds are pretty comfy, the carpet is dark and old. There's a weird stench throughout the hallways.
Housecleaning didn't do a good job because we found a condom wrapper near the bed skirt while we were getting ready to leave. Disgusting.
When we were assigned our first room, we were told we would have a nice view which was a parking lot. Our room had a loud noise which was coming from the AC and there was still
