Mark went above and beyond not only checking out and servicing my AC, water heater, and furnace, but checked to see if my floor vents had collapsed (they have not...thanks for easing my mind!). He even went so far as fixing a leaky spigot to the outside of my house so he could hook up a hose to clean the AC unit! He is professional, personable, and will go that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of! I will definitely be using Refreshing Comfort for all my HVAC needs!!!

After fighting a 'no air or heat' problem in a room for almost 20 years and having multiple HVAC specialists throw up their hands and say "hmmm, let's start with a duct-cleaning for $1,000 & see what we find" (cameras showed the duct is clean) Mark came out and spent 3 hours analyzing the duct-work and even snaked a camera through a dry-walled ceiling to identify problems and significantly improved the air-velocity to the room. He was the first person to work the problem instead of trying to sell a default service.

Mark did what no other HVAC vendor would & could do, he found the cause to a persistent (22 year) problem I had with getting AC & Heat to a bedroom. His approach and service were unique in my experience, and I would strongly recommend him.

Mark did an amazing job for us today! My wife and I had another company look at our ac unit days prior and were told that we would have to replace AC compressor which would cost us almost 3K. Luckily, I decided to get a second quote and spoke with Mark. When Mark arrived he did he decided to do a full inspection. He figured out that the issue was not with the compressor but with a small capacitor that energizes the compressor. He had a capacitor in his truck, replaced it and the unit started back up. He saved our day and our pockets! I highly recommend Refreshing Comfort and will use them

Mark came out the other day because several bedrooms weren't getting proper heat. He adjusted all dampers and vents and now the rooms that were cold are perfect..as well as rest of house. Last night heat goes out and Mark tells me he will be on way and arrives short time later. Gets furnace running and we are good to again.

I have a furnace cleaning scheduled in a week, but had an issue with my water heater sitting in water from a leaking humidifier valve. I was afraid there would be damage to the water heater, and the pilot light had blown out. Mark came the same evening after all his scheduled appointments and fixed all. I will surely keep my upcoming furnace appointment, I really appreciate it!

When my air conditioning didn't come on this season, I looked on Yelp and found Refreshing Comfort... I called one evening after hours and got called back first the next morning. Even though they were busy, they got me in as soon as possible. My tech was on time, friendly and professional. No nonsense folks here that can be trusted. He had my air conditioner back on line in 45 minutes and I was off to work. A great experience, I will call these guys again!

Having moved into a new home with an older furnace, it was no surprise that things weren't running perfectly. When my furnace began to throw only cold air, and then nothing at all, I knew I needed help fast.
