Services
Our dentists suggest taking your children to a dentist for a regular dental exam every six months to ensure their long term oral health. A dental exam is what we call the time when one of our children's dentists examines your teeth and gums for plaque, tartar buildup, cavities, and other oral ailments.

I was told by front desk that my appointment is at 230pm, we arrived 15mins early and now it is 313pm. BUT they said oh it is at 3:00pm.
I am a mother with a tight schedule and if they could have been honest with their schedule. I'd be more understanding but waiting here for more than an hour is RIDICULOUS!!! 😡

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is sooooo terrible to bring kids too, none of their equipment works, they have a girl name Brianna working their who looks high on drugs all the time falling asleep while with patients in the room. The ac doesn’t even work & they rather fix speakers for music instead of the ac, I honestly don’t understand how this place is running still. It is such a dirty place and everyone is always on their phone chatting instead of being present to patients needs . The management is terrible and super unprofessional. Worst place! Our first appointment, staff was very unprofessional! 3 dental assistants hanging out & chatting it up in the room with my daughter in the chair while completely forgetting to get the doctor. Today our second appointment, they told us to show up early to prepare for set up. Showed up 30 mins early and waited 1 hour after scheduled appointment for the receptionist to tell me they will call my daughter in a few mins, then again 15 mins later to say another few mins & they're running behind, after an hour & a half later. Then they tell me "as a courtesy we can reschedule

I go there every sixth months with my dad I have only had 4 or 5 visits. They have a television with a movie so kids can watch while they wait the also have arcade games and a tiny play house for the kids to play in they have temporarily took out those games because of Covid-19 they still have the tv and hand sanitizer. Whenever I have procedures or a procedure the give me laughing gas so I feel calm they also have a tv on the ceiling so if you are having a check up or a procedure you can watch the movie to feel calmer. This place needs a new manager. Elizabeth M. She's the worse manager can be to run the 2 offices, Sherry Scott it's very nice but she need to have a better manager in order to have a happy employees, Elizabeth is the reason why dental assistant don't stay, front office staff members have also quit the reason which is Elizabeth, I just hope that one day Sherry will open her eyes and get rid off Elizabeth.

This is for the INDIAN SCHOOL OFFICE. Cute Smiles for Kids is a good place to go for dentistry and braces. There are quite a
few SUPERSTARS that work here, including Anthony and a few dentists/orthodontists that work there! However Christy (wearing jean shirt, brown hair today 9/14/19) is NOT one of them. She had an attitude for 90% of our conversation. She had a "my way or the highway" type of mentality. She is NOT customer focused. I asked simple questions that she was unable to answer. She was so rude that I conducted the rest of the front office transaction with Miss Natalie. Christy

Up until my last appointment I had nothing but rave reviews about the Dunlap Office. My daughter has been a patient there for 8 years. It is amazing how much the customer service has changed in 6 months. I go the reminder message and not only did they leave the wrong name on the message, but they confirmed the wrong time. I arrive at the appointment and all the front office staff was so uninterested and blah. Usually, they are upbeat, pleasant and personable. Weird place. Crowded with patients and staff. All of the staff were borderline rude and no personality. Like a bunch of robots. I was told my daughter had four cavaties. Three needed fillings and one a silver crown. I was shoved paperwork explaining procedures and told to make appointment for future work. I took her to another dentist and he didn't see any cavaties at all. Unbelievable that they would put children through this for a profit.

Since I can't find a yelp for the 31ave and Indian school office I will leave my review here since its the same business first of all the stuff was not friendly at all one of my kids work was changed for the 2nd time and the one that got work done instructions afterwards was not given I will not be going back already looking for a new dentist waste of money and waste of gas do not go there

I would give this place a -5 if I could. I have been in twice to fill in my daughters cavities and each time we are left waiting for two hours after our scheduled appointment. It's definitely not a pleasant situation when you are trying to entertain a 5 year old that has not been able to eat or drink anything all day on top of waiting 2 hours after your expected time. The first time I thought it was because we had scheduled on a Friday but the second appointment was on a Tuesday and the wait was just as bad! The staff is also very unprofessional and rude! Will not be coming here again or recommending

I love the service from my dentist he is always good with my son and makes him feel comfortable but the staff up front are rude and could care less on how long you sit in the lobby i was waiting an hour and half just to be told that the systems are down i wish they would of told me that befor instead of making me wait the service here sucks so dont make any plans for that day because you will be sitting here for a while

The staff are great. They are very friendly and informative. However, our experience in the lobby is awful! I would highly recommend they take the playroom out of the lobby. Parents let their children run around and climb over everything. They have little riding cars and the kids run over everyone while they are waiting. It's terrible! They have a playhouse for the kids to play on and the children climb onto the top and they push the ceiling tiles up! I have been here 3 times now and I have had the same experience every time. I made a Yelp account just so I could come on the site and speak of Cute Smiles. As a parent I could not have been more pleased with a dental office for my son. Dr. Scott is such a great dentist and the office is built as to be perfect for young children who might have an aversion to coming to get their teeth cleaned. My son was so nervous driving to his first appointment but the waiting room had plenty of wonderful toys, as well as, children's movies playing, making him feel at ease from the minute we walked in the door. The pediatric dentist here is great. This 1 star review is strictly for the office staff, who I have literally had a problem with from the beginning. My son has been there twice and the dentist was a dream. However, getting scheduled and getting the staff to CORRECTLY look up my insurance has been a nightmare.

Brought my 4 year old daughter here for the first time and I was impressed , compared to another dentist visit at another dentist office I came in expecting the worst , and got nothing but the best . Rose took care of my daughter today , did her X-rays & cleaning , my daughter was extremely comfortable & happy with Rose . I highly highly recommend the Cute Smiles 4 kids !
