Mill Creek Heating
Mill Creek Heating was started by Willamette Valley native Toby Mix in 2003 with one goal in mind: to help all our customers live comfortably and efficiently for many years to come. A family-owned company from the start, we've been driven by a desire to serve both our customers and our community, and we work hard to instill that same passion in all our employees.

We know every installation is unique and work to find the most efficient, reliable, cost-effective solution for every customer. We care about your family's comfort, health and safety and take great care to protect your home during every installation and service call. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we take extra time to listen to your needs and answer your questions.
Services
Family-owned in the Willamette Valley for almost two decades, at Mill Creek Heating we take great pride in our work and install only the most reliable, energy-efficient and innovative HVAC equipment on the market. Taking great care to protect your home during every installation and service call, our goal is to help all our customers live comfortably and efficiently for many years to come.
Whether you're looking for a new installation, a replacement, maintenance or repair, Mill Creek Heating has definitely got you covered. Our HVAC technicians are the best in the business, with years of experience installing and maintaining furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split ductless systems and geothermal systems.
Compared to oil and electric heat, gas furnaces can offer lower heating costs, increased reliability and the kind of cozy you can only get from technology that heats up to 25 degrees higher than other options. Let Mill Creek Heating's HVAC experts install your new furnace and stay warm even in the chilliest of winters.
No more fighting over the number on the thermostat. With ductless mini-splits, each unit is controlled independently, so each member of your family will be perfectly cozy, no matter what room they're in. Instead of the often complex ductwork required for many heating and cooling systems, mini-splits just require a 3-inch hole in the wall to place the conduit.
Installed outside your home, heat pumps pull heat from outdoor air in the winter and draw heat out of your home in the warmer months to help cool it. And because they don't burn fossil fuel, they're more environmentally friendly and energy efficient! There are lots of things to consider when installing a heat pump-serviceability, placement and, most importantly, whether it will be the primary, supplemental, or the only heating system.

I called Mill Creek to come out to my home I purchased over the summer to do some repair work on the ducts, and have the furnace checked out. I was told my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and to give my repair tech around 45 minutes leeway because he was coming from further south. After an hour and a half go by and nobody has showed up, I called Mill Creek to see what was going on. I was informed that my appointment was actually set for 11:30, not 10:30 like I was told and my repair tech was still at his previous job and should be finishing up soon. Another hour goes by.... nothing. I then

When other places estimated 3-7 days to respond, Mill Creek was able to respond same day when there was a sudden issue with my furnace not working. They arrived within 2 hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted the possible repair costs, found the bad part was still under warranty to save me money, fixed the problem and completed their work in about an hour, for a price better than I was preparing for when calling for service for an unknown issue on a 4 year old system. Highly appreciate their speed, thoroughness, communication, searching for warranty info and pricing! Quality all

Great staff and amazing service. Even with logistical issues due to COVID and back orders I’m very pleased and highly recommend Mill Creek. Office staff was very friendly and gave me updates frequently. Felt like they were just as excited that my part came as I was. Service tech was amazing, very friendly and went above and beyond on our AC Unit. Can’t speak highly enough of this company!
