End apts have mold in them, you cant see with your eyes but you ll know with the dr visits. Showed up on a ct scan of it being in my lungs and apts did nothing,just in denial. Many residents turned in dr letters to the office to vacate from being sick more.Laundry room always dirty. They had a woman strangled. $30 nonrefundable charge for your mailbox keys there yet mailman loves the back unlocked alot. Cars get broken into. My front windows never got fixed in the entire year I lived there so I was never able to open them . Rented a apt with water damage under the sink that they said they'd fix

This apartment complex is quiet and the people who live here are great. The manager is always helpful and willing to help. The maintenance guy always comes quickly to fix issues. We enjoy it here. Apartments are just the right size. There is an on sight laundry that is clean and well lit at night. I have small dogs that I take out late at night and I never worry about being out with them. Also you have your own private patio! What's not to like?

The area is nice and the apartments are all one level, so you have no upstairs neighbors...but nothing significant ever gets fixed properly or without a fight. Also, they will charge you for anything they can, and the pet deposits are exorbitant. Also, the landlady is a witch, and not the good kind.

The manager was very unprofessional. I had to leave early, because when the maintenance fix the door knob that came off in my hand, I could not lock my door. When he supposed to fix my door knob, I came home with my door wide open and unattended. The bathroom sink sprung a leak. I also found mold in the apartments. I lived there less than a month. Do not rent from this place in Glasgow.
