As an ambassador elite member of Marriott I'm lucky enough to stay all across the Marriott portfolio. I would not stay here nor order food from here as it's rushed and simple. I'm all for bar food but that is cold and given a room of the construction site. Best part no elevator when I asked the staff for a first floor room. They care more about the big group then an individual guest and it shows from top to bottom.

This is my 4th trip in 2021 to the Hotel Adeline. My typical length of stay is 4. Nights. The hotel started out super chill, mid century vibe and the music which can get annoying felt like a atmosphere you wanted to be in.
This is ship is sinking to put it mildly. The employees "fight" "argue" and are just rude to one another right at the bar/ restaurant- the food here while extremely limited is not eatable. They get your order wrong every time and somehow it's your fault.
Rooms seem to never be ready upon arrival and they don't extend a food or cocktail voucher

We only stayed one night. The room wasn't anything awe-inspiring or anything, but the bed was very comfortable. The pool area looked nice, but it's December so there was no pool time. The heater worked very well and so did the AC when we got too warm, although the unit was pretty loud. Very disappointing that there was no room service for the price we paid to stay here.
The restaurant wasn't much either, and our waitress was very rude and condescending. She actually scolded us for ordering two plates of pancakes instead of taking her advice of sharing an order. The food was average but it came

For the first time in my life of over 1000 nights spent in a hotel, I am checking out early from this property. It is unsafe (drunken idiots knocking on doors and being belligerent), uncomfortable (paper thin walls) and a massive disappointment. This really shouldn't be part of the Marriott family as it is just an awful hotel. Do not stay here, go somewhere else, and have a safer and better stay.

Worst experience in an “hotel”. Extremely noisy. This is not an hotel, this is a motel6 trying to emulate an Ace hotel, a cheap inn with a nice relooking. Beware, WALLS and WINDOWS are so thin that we could hear our neighbors peeing, talking, partying in the middle of the night with no respect for other guests // why walking with heels in a room @1 am? a catwalk show?//
We called several times the front desk and security, it took them more than an hour to make it barely stop. I had to get outside to make it stop…

I’ve been a platinum elite member for 5 years and I’ve never been treated so poorly as the way I was here. Marriott has always been consistent at upholding a certain standard, until this trip. My fiancé and I stayed here on a work trip and ended up getting food poisoning. We were so sick for 24 hours, coming out both ends. For days after we were so weak, and miserable the whole inside of my nose was raw and bleeding from all stomach acids and our bodies were so weak, it took a couple days to feel normal again. It was truly the worst experience ever not to mention this ruined our entire work

I enjoyed this hotel. The atmosphere is very 60s modern vibe. Seemed like a young crowd staying here and that the pool would get pretty busy on weekends. The room was comfortable - there is no fridge or microwave but all the other amenities are there. The shower we had leaked everywhere in the bathroom so the floor was very wet after a shower, but didnt bother us too much. Lastly for some reason we got checked out of the hotel early after 1 night when we paid for 2. The receptionist got it cleared up and we just had to pick up new keys. This hotel is really close to good food and old town scottsdale

First things first, just booK THE SCOTT HOTEL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. This place is like a glorified Motel 6. The fact that they call themselves a four-star resort is an actual joke. When I got to the hotel, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the front desk person was so rude and unwelcoming. Our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot. I could barely sleep due to the foot traffic outside of the room. This hotels Instagram and website paint a such false picture of what the Experience is actually like. I ended up checking

Every time I stay here it’s a little different. The rooms and service are the same. The staff is good. The pool is the thing that gets me you can be out here in what is “ off season” and no DJ’s or you can have the this is the place to see and be seen. It’s the Ying and Yang so choose what you are looking for

Visiting the scottsdale area and wanted to get the kids (3 year old and 18 month) into a pool. Found hotel adeline via the Marriott App and booked based on pictures of the pool.
Normal check in is at 3pm but we were able to request and was granted an early check-in (12pm). We were able to get into our rooms and enjoyed the pool for a few hours before dinner.
Pool was perfect (not too deep and had a very shallow end for the little ones - it was on a weekday so the pool was pretty empty). The bar drinks were great and the chicken tenders were spot on.
Although this hotel is probably better suited

I love Marriott and was excited to try this place. The rooms are nice but have thin walls and are loud. Our suite has two windows and the shade didn't cover the windows completely allowing people to see into the room as they walk by. They shaded the end of the windows but not the center on the suites to prevent people from looking in. You could hear your neighbors. The location is fairly good but the W is just down the road and a much nicer Marriott. Breakfast was good for a hotel and came out fast.

This is a remodeled older hotel so the rooms are pretty basic. But, they did a nice job with the old school decor. Very 50's modern. This is a fun party hotel. The pool area has boppin' tunes and ample bar areas. Inside there is a full bar, restaurant, and speakeasy. Location is close to shopping and Old Scottsdale. What a fun stay for the weekend.

I booked a room here for two nights for my birthday and within the first night me and my party were harassed and assaulted by other visitors (3 men attacking 3 women) calling us discriminate names, tried to hit and pushed one of my friends down to the floor. We called the cops and waited two hours we were told we are banned from the premise by the Hotel when cops hadn't shown up yet. Then to watch the security guard, hotel receptionist & cops take such little effort into finding the other accomplices, they didn't look into where they might have gone via cameras & just "couldn

I really wanted to like this hotel, but it disappointed me so bad. The advertisement of the hotel makes it seem like it's a trendy new hotel. It's not!
The manager is rude, entitled and has a chip on his shoulder. The hotel it self looks and feels like a upgraded version of Motel 6. We got a bottom floor room facing the parking lot and it was the first room, so everyone walks by and you can hear everything people say.
Pool party on the weekends and overpriced cabanas. We stayed at Andaz the rest of our trip and paid 5 times less for a 5 star cabana.
Pay a little more and stay somewhere

Excellent front desk, you guys have a winning team! They all need raises! DJ StarMarz is simply the best! Come for his Saturday set by the pool at 12 it's worth it! Great tunes. Hotel Adeline has a nice pool. The rooms? they are clean! The bed is comfy and honestly I loved my stay! I'd stay here again next time I'm in town for work.

I used hoteltonight for booking. Check in was hassle free. The staff was friendly and helpful. A cute boutique hotel and great location. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area.
A few cons about this place: the thin walls and interior design. The noise made sleeping a challenge. The king size standard room was average. No dressers or shelves for your belongings, just a desk. There is one mirror (bathroom) and very little shelf /rack space. Poor lighting.
Lastly, I was charged for a Stay & Play fee for each day.
$141 a night plus $32 for the Stay & Play fee

Great little hotel in Scottsdale! You'd be very hard-pressed to find a better 'bang-for-your-buck' spot to stay at, drink at their beautiful bar and chill at their impressive pool scene, than Hotel Adeline!
Right in the middle of the best area in town and one of the hottest pool day-parties around.
If you're planning a trip to the area or even a local that hasn't been yet (although I highly doubt that, as pretty much anyone I mentioned to that I was staying at Hotel Adeline, would rave about their pool scene!) check them out, I highly suggest it!

DONT DO IT.
I wanted to love this place so bad. From the outside, it does have cute Palm Spring vibes. But when I walk in, I get "upgraded" due to my gold Marriott status. How wonderful, you think. YOU THOUGHT WRONG. An upgrade meant the bottom floor, and the FIRST room by the pool.
The glass has no shading, so either you have to close the blinds completely (yes - the sheer blind still shows your naked body). But the room itself is very dark without the blinds open. Very poor lighting.
The bed was so soft and so nice...but no maid service?? I love when some hotels try to use covid

Worst service ever. Joke of a "4 star hotel" this was barely a motel. Pay $30 a day in a RESORT fee yet it is nowhere near a resort. You can't charge for daily amenities, then not offer them! Absolutely ZERO restaurants or any food options open on Monday and Tuesday. Rooms are old and dirty and mine looked into a parking lot. Asked for housekeeping every day yet they didn't come 2 of the days, and 1 day they said housekeeping was "full" by 11:30am and could not be done. The pool and amenities are supposed to be for guests yet every day groups of 20+ broke in to party

Giving off Palm Springs vibes as you walk in. Kitschy and great for photo opps. The front desk was very helpful and the bartender was a rock star. The pool area is clean, cute and the pool is warm. The only downside to the pool is one half is shaded and the pool chairs are not the most comfortable but there are great outdoor fire place areas.
The rooms are cozy, and they don't have a fridge which is a bit frustrating. The beds were very comfy.
I was hit by a cyclist during my trip and the hotel took exceptional care of me.
