Based in Miami, Florida, Dr. Arienne Wrigley specializes in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, pelvic health for the pregnant and postpartum patient, and optimizing movement in order to restore ideal function. In a time where outpatient physical therapy has become high in volume, and low in quality, Dr. Wrigley is available to see patients in a clinic setting or in the comfort of your home.
She takes the time to educate, empower, and guide her clients with corrective exercises that are individually prescribed, and can be, in most cases, accomplished anywhere, at any time. Through thorough evaluation and examination, she is able to treat the body as a whole, and not just a symptom, and understands the importance of transitioning clients from basic foundational movements, to function and fitness.

I am a mother, physical therapist, athletic trainer and student of life, living in Miami, Florida. I graduated with honors from University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine, and in 2015, earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University.
In a very sedentary society, Dr. Wrigley understands that movement is medicine, and aims to provide the highest quality of care and education to her clients in order to help them meet their functional goals. She is well versed in orthopedic injuries and addresses both chronic and acute pain, pre and post surgical rehab, and conservative (non-surgical) management of injuries.
Dr. Wrigley is a cash-based private practice, which allows her to see clients one-on-one to provide the highest quality of care and tailored programming. Because of this, she is not "in-network" with any insurance companies, however, if you have out of network benefits, it is possible to receive reimbursement for sessions, depending on your individual plan.

I began going to Dr. Wrigley less than a month ago and I immediately felt relief the next day. I was referred to Pelvic Floor Therapy (PFT) by my OB for pain during Inter course. I haven’t had any children but I do workout a lot and was doing heavy weights. I was referred specifically to Dr. Wrigley by another PT because of her speciality work with PFT.
I walked in not really sure what to expect from this therapy. And although I had to play it cool when I learned about the type of therapy and how it was going to work I left feeling like a weight was lifted from My shoulders.

I cannot recommend Arienne enough! I went to her after 4 c-sections looking to build core strength and control. Not only is her knowledge of the body impressive, but so is her caring spirit! It is always a blast to workout with her. I am so grateful for her expertise, passion for learning and enthusiasm to connect personally. She is an awesome coach — smart, enthusiastic, fun and challenging.

5 stars doesn’t seem adequate Dr. Wrigley is some kind of superhuman. I’ve been dealing with poor mobility and pain in my left hip for the past 4 years (thank you college football, crossfit, work, not stretching enough, life, etc.) Turns out I’ve got very little space, if any, left in the joint and there’s a few surgeons out there waiting for me to call them. At 41, I’m in no rush to go under the knife but want to be able to keep up with my kids and I’m very active as a firefighter/paramedic. Enter Dr. Wrigley! Back in 2017, she was able to help me regain significant mobility with my

I was looking for a physical therapist that had experience with pelvic floor therapy. She's so knowledgeable and insightful. I had the best session, I loved how she took the time and was super thorough and had a lot of great ideas after my surgery. So if you have questions about your core area after surgery, stronger muscles, and how to get back in shape she's the person to go. You can have an incredible open conversation with her and she will answer anything.
Years ago, she helped me with pain in my knee. The therapy, her knowledge of the issues and the thorough treatment made all the difference

Arienne is awesome! I had injured my hamstring twice during ice hockey last year so I finally decided to get treatment for it and was highly recommended to see her. She not only treated me for this injury but wanted to make sure that I understood what happened and how to prevent it from happening again through proper stretching before and after activities. We then went on into the rehabilitation stage which made me much stronger on and off the ice. She knows how to target and gives proper feedback. I continue to see Arienne as I had benefited greatly and as the previous post mentioned like a concierge

I have been to countless places to attempt to control the tightness in my shoulder and right side of my back, thinking expensive massages were the only way to find relief. Dr. Wrigley, being a close friend, always offered her services and finally I took her up on a session and WOW! what a difference. She practices many different relief techniques such as soft and deep tissue, and cupping therapies to help loosen up tight and stiff muscles. Also she has shown me many stretches and exercises to help not only my shoulder problems but also to help mobilize my t-spine. Being that I work in the service

To know how amazing Arienne is, is to first understand the severe back issues Ive been dealing with.
For over a decade my lumbar spine had gotten so bad that I recently had to do a 3 disc spinal fusion at the age of 43. Translation - this is not common for someone my age. I did all the conservative, holistic and minor procedure (injections, micro surgery, etc) prior to taking the big step.
Arienne and I have been working together pre and post surgery, she is nothing short of amazing. Her ability to understand my bodies feedback, explain how to isolate specific muscles, know when to challenge
