Amazing experience all the way around. This was my first visit and now will be my regular place. Jessica was excellent in service, conversation, and very skilled with those scissors! She addressed concerns I had with my hair and offered real advice that I can use on my own. Love, love, love my new stylist and the place. One stop beauty shop for sure with prices that won't kill your wallet.

I was very specific in asking for chunky highlights and instead I received what looks like all-over color. I even showed her a drawing of what I wanted. The hair color is done in an area without a mirror so there is no way to see if she was doing what I asked. I felt violated after. Once hair color is done, there is no way to undo it. My hair is permanently damaged and some has broken off in my hand. In addition, my stylist complained about her personal life for much of the 3.5 hours I was there. This felt unprofessional to me. My appointment started 30 minutes after it was scheduled. The website

I had my first experience here yesterday. I purchased the Groupon Deal for the Shellac manicure and I also scheduled a much needed Pedicure. Sheila was the tech that serviced me for both the pedicure and the Manicure. She was very pleasant, Kind and friendly. My nails look great and she was very attentive. I even received a free hand wax dip and it felt great! Although the shop is a little more out of my way than I would like, I already scheduled my next service in 2 weeks because I loved the staff.

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I called specifically to clarify what kind of a shop this was. I directly asked them if they filed or use the drill onnatural nails to remove old shellac polish. They said no. When I got to the shop, wrapped nails to soak, pulled off soaking tin foil after less than 2 minutes, pulled out an old coarse file and start filing over the top of my nails, towards my nail bed!! ouch! I said please don't do that it hurts, she said it's the only way to remove shellac polish. Very dishonest!! I know better, allow them to soak, then chip and scraper
