The Vine Hair Salon

I have always cut my hair at home because the times I have gone to a salon previously my hair was ruined. I figured I would give a salon one more shot. I saw that the vine has a lot of good reviews. Krista is the nicest, most down to earth person. She is both the owner and the one who cut my hair. I asked for a choppy lob and she delivered. I will definitely come back here.

I had been getting my hair done at The Vine for a few years and was really happy with the service. I had an appointment in July and was called about a month prior to my appointment and told that the person my appointment was with was no longer working there. I was then told that they didn't have any appointments open for me. So I asked if that meant I couldn't make an appointment and I was told that I was correct. I was called the next day and told I could make an appt with the new person, but the overall tone of the call did not make me want to go back. I understand scheduling issues

I loved it! Great cut and style. It's always a challenge to try someplace new. I'm glad that I did. Staff was super friendly but most importantly knowledgeable. They listened to what I was wanting and then made it happen! I'm now a customer for life!

Website advertises HIGHLY of contacting them for all your haircare needs. It includes photos of what you can expect when you go there and tells you to "call us today to schedule an appointment." I did so. There is no mention on the website or on their Google listing that they are not taking "new clients." I have never in my life experienced a salon unwilling to cut or color hair. I am truly shocked by the unwillingness to accept a paying customer. Don't waste your time on the call.

I went in to get a color change with the hair stylist Lexi. I have to say that I am so happy. I don't regret it one bit. Everyone was so nice from when I walked in to when I left. Everything was clean and we'll kept. The owner was there and she was sweet too. Thank you lexi for doing an amazing job on my hair!

Lex is amazing! She was so kind and engaging at my first appointment. She gave me so many useful hair gave advice, did an amazing job on my first session of lightening my hair. Went back a week later for a much needed deep conditioning treatment and LOVED the results!! Hands down definitely will be returning and also a no brainer to recommend her.

I reserved the salon for my wedding last October for myself and my bridesmaids, mother, sister and mother in-law. Only thing I'd say know exactly how many and what time but also expect to pay in two payments (not separate - it can get a little tricky to gather the ladies money but we made it work).

Payment: Really understand the pricing, for us pricing changed from when we got the quote to when we booked. Chris was able to grant the initial quote cost for hair but makeup did increase slightly.

I have been going to The Vine since they opened, and I have always felt welcome. The stylists offer every service and obviously keep up with the latest techniques and trends. When I visit, there is a wide range of clients as far as age and style.
I recommend The Vine to friends and sent my mom there, all with happy results.

Maddie Conliss is truly amazing. She is an artist and she can do anything. I would highly recommend. They are great about getting you in if you need help right away. Maddie is a beautiful person and she's so highly talented.

Please think before you go.
1) you will not be seen on time
2) it's more important for them to be smoking outside like a bunch of teenagers.
3) when in doubt, go elsewhere

The Vine was extremely welcoming! From the moment I walk in the door. Fresh coffee just brewed, friendly staff beautiful decor. I relaxed as Mary colored and cut my her. I don't remember the last time I was pampered at a salon.

Bad experience! The stylist did exactly what I asked her not to do. She also cut it much shorter than I wanted. The things I asked her to do, she didn't do. She was also obviously in a hurry because she was ripping through my hair. I could hear it breaking!
I was also never shown the back of my head or else I would have said something on the spot!
I was really disappointed in the whole experience. I definitely won't be back. I also wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
