Services
That every person in our community has access to healthcare regardless of their ability to pay. The Community Care Clinic is a free clinic that provides healthcare to low-income, uninsured persons in our community. Through our integrated care model, patients have access to high-quality services that include primary care, behavioral health, disease management, active follow-up, and continuity of care.
The concept of the Community Care Clinic began in the early 2000s when Drs. Jack Whitlock and Marye Hacker recognized that a growing number of people in our area needed critical health care services but couldn't afford the cost of insurance. To address the gap, Dr. Whitlock and Marian Peters, P.A., began treating patients from the back of a station wagon in 2005.
At the Community Care Clinic we care for patients who suffer from chronic diseases that often require 3 to 4 visits per year. The average cost to the clinic for primary and follow-up visits is $83.00 per visit for services, medical supplies and some medications. With multiple visits per year the cost is approximately $300.00 per patient per year.

The people are horrible, they act as if you are beneath them. I hope no one gets in a position to have to use them because the will kick you when down. "Dr. Amanda" so she claims should not be anywhere near people and there health. She will lie about all her mistakes she makes. I was hospitalized because of this place. Horrible health care and not professional. Don't believe these reviews they are fake from people who work there. They do this job for no other reason but a mark for there resume. They will push you to your extream limits with there bald face lies and then blame you because you misunderstood
