Adult Enrichment Services of Wilkes, Inc. doing business as The Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Health Care Center provides a safe, home-like environment for adults, which cannot remain safely at home during the day while their caregivers go to work or receives respite. The Center is carefully designed to promote a peaceful feeling that makes participants feel secure.

The Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Health Care Center has been caring for families since 2008. Adult Enrichment Services of Wilkes is a non-profit organization doing business as The Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Care Center. The center was named after the mother and sister of one of our major contributors.

We are conveniently located near Wilkes Regional Medical Center in West Park Medical Park in the 1915 building, Suite 200. To access our entrance, you must drive behind the building using the road beside the Express Y. You will need to drive behind the building to the far end of the building opposite of the Express Y.

12 hours of quality care and supervision by a professional trained staff, who are CPR and First Aid trained, along with special trainings geared toward the population served. Each of our Program Assistants come from a variety of health care background, and have been trained in caring for the elderly and disabled.
