We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.

Dr. Frericks gives me life back! I first came to Dr. Frericks when my back slipped and I could barely move. She evaluated me, described the issue clearly, and most importantly got my body back into a working manner. Words cannot express how greatful I am to have found Dr. Frericks. I have had been experiencing debilitating neck pain for roughly 2 yrs. I had consulted with multiple orthopedics, had adjustments from other chiropractors, and spent thousands of dollars on a new mattress and pillows! Nothing was helping. I had come to the realization that excruciating pain was my new normal.

Frericks Family Chiropractic is wonderful! I was in pain for years from an accident-related neck injury, which is now gone since I've been under the care of Dr. Frericks. She has also helped with my seasonal allergies, using acupuncture, and I've never felt better. My children (ages 3, 6 and 8) also love getting adjusted by Dr. Frericks. My family (including 3 kids-9, 6 & 4)has been seeing Dr. Frericks weekly for 18 months. I don't have room here to explain everything she has done for our health!! None of us have needed antibiotics since our regular visits started. Just last week I woke up with a sinus infection (the dreaded swollen face and painful teeth) and my 6 year old was crying because his ear hurt. We all rushed over to Dr. Frericks for adjustments and needleless acupuncture. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes with immediate and permanent relief!!! Thank you!

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Frericks weekly for 18 months now. We absolutely love her! We do not get Flu shots and have not had to make any visits to the pediatrician since commiting to this proactive approach to health! On July 1st I suffered a severe back injury resulting in the lower vertebra of my back being crushed nearly flat! After 5 sessions with Dr. Frericks I can now walk, stand, sit, and lie down with nearly no pain !!!! I know the road to full recovery is still ahead of me, but I really can't believe how much of an improvement she has made !! Thank you so much for helping me !!!!
