Services
Your health care is of utmost importance to us, but we want to make sure that every aspect of your visit to Family Medical is an exceptional experience. To help achieve that, our top-notch office team is here to serve you. Stefanie Still is the Billing Manager will make sure that your insurance claims are taken care of in a timely manner.
Family Medical Associates is ever-mindful of the health of your child. We have recently added a large jungle-themed well-child waiting area equipped with a television, toys and a large soft climbing structure. Also, we have several new exam rooms in our office, 6 of which have been designed especially for the children!
Sibling rivalry toward a newborn is a natural jealousy of older children toward the new baby in the house. Siblings may be jealous up until the age of 4 or 5. Obviously, most children would prefer to be the only child and get all your attention. They may regress during this time and begin to wet themselves again or start thumb-sucking.
We hope to have all necessary paperwork here on the site for your convenience and to make your first or next visit as smooth, and quick, as possible! In order to be able to keep up with our high standards of service, we need a little more time. Please stop by again. Thank you for your interest! I take a daily antidepressant that can have serious side effects if stopped without appropriate care. TWICE since going to this office as my PCP I have had to pay money to do a telehealth appointment with someone else and get a script called in for these meds because no matter how many times I call, the doctor WILL NOT call in my scripts or fill out the prior authorization forms for insurance when I need them. I have spent a small fortune trying to keep these meds in stock because of this office. I should not have to risk dying of stroke because this doctor can't pick up their phone or full out

First time trying to find a primary care doctor in some time. Had a positive Covid test on the 23rd went to the ER on the 29th because of low O2. Set up an appointment to get checked out before returning to work after being on STD. Appointment set for 10:00 am been seen by doctor twice since I’ve been sitting here but wait times are very poor here. Going on two hours for one visit. I will probably be looking for a better primary care facility in the coming days.

Called to set up a Dot physical, receptionist knew none of the answers, had me on hold off and on for 30+ minutes to find out little answers and then proceeded to tell me the next available appointment was December 23rd. Staff knew nothing about her job, I can only imagine the care would be about the same.

I wish I would of written down the name of the one girl who worked there. She was ALWAYS extremely rude and I thought it was just me but no she was always rude to whoever was at the dr with my child . She also would run our insurance wrong causing more of headache even after telling her cause she did it numerous times. But needless to say we just all together dont even go there anymore. We switched practices all together because of the one girls rude nature. Always an extremely long wait time also regardless of appointment

Went in for impacted earwax. $150 upfront just to see someone. Then, I spoke briefly to a P.A. who sent a nurse in to clean my ears. Somehow, the nurse managed to tear my eardrum, which was very painul. Still having hearing problems 2 weeks later. Then, I got a bill in the mail for a extra $77. That's $227 for clean ears and a torn eardrum. 1-star, would not recommend.

Dr. Sy is my husband's doctor. He is wonderful and his staff is as well. Sometimes you have to wait as in any doctor's offices today. What I like about Family Medical is they take walk-ins. Most places won't do that. No matter who we have seen, my husband has had very good care. They even remained open a little longer on a Friday, which was a good thing because my husband had to go to the emergency room and they found a blood clot in his lung. They may have saved his life that day. I think that is worth the wait.

Very disappointed. The PA I saw was very dismissive and did not provide appropriate care. No person should be treated this way. As a medical professional myself it was truly upsetting. Three weeks later and I finally got to see an orthopedic who knew exactly what was wrong. He treated me like a person and did not make me feel like a nuisance. He gave exceptional care. Unfortunately, I will not be back to Family Medical Associates. It is sad because I know there are excellent health care providers there, I just didn't get to see one of them. Please, listen to your patient.

I love this place. My family and I have been seen here now for the last 5yrs since my husband retired from the Army. Myself and my children feel comfortable every time we go here for whatever the reason may be. Can the waits sometimes be long, sure but if you show up as a walk in you know you're gonna have a wait as people with appointments get seen first and you know that when you walk in,so for all those complaining, get over it,go somewhere else if you're that butt hurt over it. These doctors, nurses and the front office staff work their tails off every day trying to help so many people and the

Have been going here for over 10 years. Doctor Crutcher is a great doctor, so is Dr. McKinney and Dr Sy. If you go in without an appointment, you will probably have to wait a while. I think this is because they spend however much time is necessary with each patient to deal with their problems. The front desk people are not the friendliest, but it is still the place I trust most as far as medical care.
