Waited a few weeks after a machine was ordered and called. They said they just got paperwork done were delivering it. Waited a few more weeks and called. APPARENTLY I needed to make an appointment to be fitted for a mask. Not only did they not say that when I first called, but they didn't call to tell me that, nor did they contact the doctor that ordered it to tell me. There is 0 initiative in the company and it's making people wait way longer than they need to in order to get something they need

Miserable customer service! My phone calls went to voicemail and were never returned. Worst of all, I was given MISINFORMATION about Medicare coverage which were flat out lies. It took phone calls to Medicare and five other departments in their organization and to my doctor to get the correct information. I should NOT have to be doing their work for them. These people are inept, incompetent, and inefficient.

First time being a customer, but I spend many years coordinating patient's supplies before and after discharge as an Admissions Coordinator. Aerocare has always been one of my major supply vendors, from the initial phone calls, delivery date to the follow- up. I was very pleased working together with them for our patients. Now I'm a patient, I was very nervous going in, never needing an CPAP before. When Christine opened the door(I hope I got her name right) to the consult, answer my questions down to how to clean, wear, adjust, etc., she made me feel at ease and confident about me and the CPAP

Terrible Customer Service. Mary never returns phone calls. I have even had them tell me to hold on. Then they hang up on me. They have messed up my order for the past 3 months. This isn't the first time they have screwed up. Problem is, in order to change DME company, you have to contact the doctor because of the prescription. Very frustrating when you are trying to get your medical supplies. They used to hand deliver supplies to my home, now they are having the manufacture mail it from another state. Orders are delayed.
