Couldn’t give it 5 starts because I’ve never been so I picked something to just comment…. This place apparently is my new pcp and looking at some of these reviews I don’t deal with hateful discriminative people it’s 2021 and you will get cussed out if you disrespect me and I’ve done nothing I you. So I need someone to tell me if this is really a decent place with nice respectful people who follow the oath they took in medical school to help people no matter what

I moved to Gallatin two years ago and this was the first clinic I tried when I wanted to get established here. She was the first and only provider I’ve seen in town. I love Susan and her team at the family clinic. I’ve been treated so kind and and promptly at every visit. Very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you’re local!

A couple of weeks ago I went in to see Dr. Anderson feeling nervous and unsure ...... but her and her staff were able to get me so relaxed that I left the office with a big smile on my face. Susan and her staff strive to make you feel as if you are their one and only patient ..... when you are sick and nervous, that warms your heart.

The staff at Family Health Care is one of the most caring and compassionate I have ever had help me in a doctors office. I have never seen any of them, especially the doctor, be discriminatory in any way what so ever. She has always gone over and above for me and I have recommended many of my friends and family to go there. I find these reviews to be just wrong, most of these I see don't even live in Tennessee which I find very odd how they can have a negative review of somewhere they have never been. Don't believe everything you read.

I don't usually do online reviews but when my friend, who see's Susan too, told me people who don't even live in Tennessee were being mean and posting bad reviews I had to say something. I am a diabetic and have dealt with many doctors over the years and no one has ever given me better care than Susan has. She was able to get my blood sugars under control and has always been nice and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there.
