Emerald Hills Apartments

I’ll be giving this place a one star until my heat is fixed. According to my roommate the heat hasn’t been working since last year! He called about the issue last year and maintenance just showed up 2 days ago! Said the heater is not fixable. By law we should have a working heater. We will see when this we get resolved and then I will updated my review.
Update: Vanessa from the office reached out to me about this issue and made sure it was resolved very quickly! The other man in the office is not as helpful as she is. Maintenance came by Wednesday and made sure it got fixed and was very understanding

Actually I live here very well. But today i have a very bad experience. My packages was lost and I need Leasing office to check the CCTV. I went there 3 times at that date to update any information I got from UPS and wait for any results from CCTV. On this Thursday I went to leasing Office to check whether Vanessa is there and Christian talked with me very sevirously you should not come here anymore????? And also told me after they give me the video, do not talk anything about this package with them????
That was so crazy??? If I want to check whether UPS lies to me because UPS told me they already

Made an appointment at two, no one was there and all the offices were giving different phone numbers that was not helpful. Drove an hour for nothing!

Bad pipes. Water pressure is awful. Clogged every day. Worst Managment. Not organized. Worst place I have ever lived at

Tour the community on 9/2/20 and let me just start of by saying the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Vanessa the community director was very transparent and knowledgeable. I came in due to an add I saw online and I will be signing the lease and moving in! If you need an apartment with a view this is the place to be, ask for Vanessa!

Have been here for the past year and will not be renewing my lease. Since the time my lease has started we have had numerous problems. Very expensive for very old buildings, including old furnishing/appliances. AC units are probably older than I am. Parking is a nightmare, good luck finding a spot in the very limited street parking up front (You will get numerous parking tickets here, just to make it worse). Yes, you could potentially get an extra parking space in the community which will put you on a long wait list and cost you even more money a month. There are ALWAYS problems with the water

Scott, Tony and Joey are the best they alway take care of any problems that we have immediately. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for a repair. Plus the apartment is amazing, with a great view!!! I love it here!

Lived here 9 years now. Love it. But its not cheap. But then again, is anything cheap now?

These apartments are great, friendly new staff, I've been here for two years and I have had no problems, very accommodating grounds staff and office staff, not sure what people are talking about the parking but parking is just fine. Clean pools, nice gym and golf on site. Great place for kids and young families.
