Villas of Pasadena is one of the best residential community living experience one can find in Pasadena with all range of amenities one requires in a residential facility. The management and staff is always very helpful and caring. Bianey and Christy are the best. This place is perfect for families, students, couples or if you're new to Pasadena.

This place cares more about money than its residents, AND workers. I lived here for a while and they've completely replaced their staff members twice. No one from two years ago, or three years ago, works here anymore. No complaint is ever really solved. There are so many reviews on here about the noise and terrible insulation and its been like this forever. All they do is use rent money on renovating the lobby for visitors, since none of the residents actually use that space. All the hallways that lead to the apartments are still covered in old dirty carpet, the elevators take forever, laundry

The only good thing about this place is the cleaning staff. The place has extremely thin walls, floors, and ceilings, so you can hear a lot from people above/below you, next to you, and through the hallways. Not to mention the plaza space that echoes so much that you can hear footsteps from a mile away. They only ever renovate the facilities, and never where residents actually live. Submitting a maintenance request is hard and unreliable. And the place charges you for everything on top of really high rent that goes up every year. Not worth what it offers, would not recommend.

The first time I had a tour there in 2013 and back then this building was less established and desirable. They definitely made a lot of renovations and security updates. But the best thing to mention is the manager, Bianey, who makes it above and beyond with the customer service! She was knowledgeable and caring, truly committed to her job as a guide and a sales representative. I've got more than enough info on the apartment that I was interested in. My choice of place wasn't here for reasons not related to the management, but I will recommend this place to my friends. Thank you!

My roommates and I were searching for apartments for weeks before we actually took a look a look at Villas of Pasadena. We were pretty stressed during the whole situation and then when I called up the leasing manager, Christy for a last minute viewing- she was able to take us immediately in to view what was available and EVEN decided to show us an upcoming available apartment and where it would be since we didn't have our lease end for another 3 weeks or so.
After comparing pricing and the neighborhood safety, we decided to go with Villas of Pasadena... We've been living here for about 2 months

This is a great apartment complex that is well-kept with nice amenities. It is in a great location that is safe, clean, and quiet. The units are renovated and spacious. My only issue is the walls of the bedrooms are thin and so are the doors so you can hear everything in the common area, but at least the bedrooms are separated on either side of the unit.
