If I had to rate the entire experience with the leasing agent and showings I would give it a 3. And that’s cause the leasing agent was the only good part. I put in an application for 35 each person and came out to $70. Tell me how it feels to put in an application ASAP be told the apartment is approved and I quickly try to get my deposit in 24 hours to find out the apartment has been given to someone else because they are were approved before me. Updating my previous review after an absolutely insane move out experience. DO NOT RENT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I have never not received a deposit back as i treat my apartments like they are my own. They will do everything in their power to steal as much of your deposit as possible. Below are the pictures of my apartment I took upon move out. With the exception of a single cabinet with a few non-perishable food items I forgot to get out (and notified Sky Blue immediately when I realized it) - I thoroughly cleaned this apartment before vacating. The only reason I'm giving 5 starts is because of the one who took the time to help me, Erica. I had having issues for MONTHS with my oven and she was the only one that took the time to ever reach out to me, keep me posted on what was going on, and the only one that made sure it got fixed and that was all within a week of talking to her. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to get things taken care of for me when no one else did.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Absolutely horrible service! I’ve been living here for about 3 months now. On Sept 23, maintenance has been renovating the upstairs apartment for several days now. He broke a water line and flood my bathroom, living room, and dining room. I’ve been trying to contact Diana Garza (one of the ladies who helped me with leasing) and she has ignored my calls and text messages. I have tried calling the office, but they have a stupid number that just leads you to a dead tone ringing.

WOW. Wrote a review this morning, and by 3:30 pm it is deleted. So here we go AGAIN.
I wrote this review because I see that in the last two months, I am not alone on being SCAMMED out of my deposit. These people are crooks and I'm writing here to tell you all to either NOT rent from them, or spend the small amount of money in small claims court to file and get back the money they wrongfully took from your deposit plus MORE for your time, effort and the headache.
THIS IS NOT OK!! I will not long allow large leasing companies to take advantage of peoples hard earned money. I went above and beyond

We've lived at one of the apts under Skyblue Management for about a year and half, they told us when we first moved in they would be putting up the carports in about 2 weeks. A year and half later, STILL no carports. When we were first going to move in I told them one of the doors to the master closet had kind of splintered and all they did was paint over it. The faucet handle to the master bath messed up after about 2 months of living and they were quick to fix that, but after that, nothing. Grout is missing from the floor and around the edges of the wall that meet the floor. Mind you these apts
