Moving in was easy, but once I got here I noticed that the hall lights for the stairs don't work.. I spoke with Tommy V. who gave my the number to an electrician ( not sure why I had to schedule the service myself). Electrician was called and I was told he would arrive that afternoon. never showed! I called , no answer.. I emailed Tommy again who just said to call again.!?
called and no answer so tried to contact Tommy again now he wont respond after several days.. Bad service here, easy to take your money. I can live with out those lights, its the giving me the run around and now not answering

I was being harassed & my property was being stolen. The management listened to me and allowed me to install a Eufy Security System doorbell w/ sound & recording. The inhouse electrician informed me to upgrade the electrical system to run the Camera. I hired & paid Fernando the owner of Euro Electric. Magnolia management cares very much about their properties & really truly care about the safety of the residents. The grass really is greener on this side of the Fence!!!

Very helpful, if you talk to them they will work things out for you.thanks you guys my mom n I been renting here for 10 yrs but I'm taking over the rent due to my mom passed , and there willing to help me out. Tanks you and God bless your soul and heart.

The units are clean with modern interior designs, and the management is extremely helpful understanding and professional. Recently I encountered a personal hardship, and the management were not only willing to work with me, but they also went above and beyond to help me find alternative solutions. I’ve never experienced that kind of effort and compassion at any of previous properties I’ve resided in. Highly recommend this property to anyone in the market.

Ms Aranza Vela , I’m sorry to inform you none of the police reports state the music is not loud in once incident the police came back three times and issued a citation. Up until I asked you to request for reports you didn’t read a single police report. It’s nice you try to make it look nice on here but all our neighbors have issues with your management company. Two word
Ms. ”open records”. We pay our dues to your company and your company fails to comply with what it needs to. But not everyone has to put up with it , that why the courts exist. 🧐

Don't bother renting here, they don't answer emails, you have to call them asking for a response. Don't know if it's because they don't want anything in writing so they don't have to follow through or what. They act concerned for your problems but don't really do anything about it. I saw they always dispute these reviews right away, I wish they'd answer my emails that quickly.
They say good management comes from the top and that's where their problems start. Even the owner doesn't answer emails or calls. They'll say he's working the issue but when you want updates he's busy, left early not available

From the moment i put my application in for an apartment, the lady & gentleman have been super helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. Even moving into my apartment now, they’re still extremely professional and attentive. Plus the maintenance man is really awesome, fast & replies quickly. He’s literally there within a day or less. Definitely would rent from Magnolia property management again!

I was a tenant with Magnolia Rentals for 2 years and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond and always get back to you in a timely manner in regards to maintenance request. Janet is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Magnolia Property Management. Never ever had a problem. If you’re looking for friendly, helpful and experienced personnel to help you with nice/clean apartments then you should definitely contact them.

I have been apart of this association for some years now, and my disappointment lately has been at an all time high. I own an apartment complex in a subdivision managed by this management company, and back in August I reported that my street access asphalt was needing repairs due to heavy rains. We are now December and still no attention to this matter has been given. Numerous emails have been sent and it seems like the the good ol' run around is taking place. Too many "we are looking into it" and "HOA is aware and working to resolve it", but in actuality nothing is being done.

I have really enjoyed the support and customer service that our subdivision has received from Mary Ann at Magnolia Property Management. Mary Ann follows up with me consistently on any pending issues and is very knowledgeable about the subdivision and pending projects. She maintains a good working relationship with the board, which in turn helps me and other owners get our questions answered.

Maintaining the standards in your subdivision is crucial and I appreciate that Mary Ann has shown a commitment to doing everything in her power to keep those standards in our subdivision.

Magnolia Property Management was the rental agent for my house. it was not a good experience with this agent.
#1 Hired unprofessional worker to renovate a few items for my house. The finished job was not good.
#2 Roof was leaking and did not notify the owner, so the leasee requested cancel the rental contract without paid any rent after rented a few month.
#3 Magnolia Property Management wanted us to pay for the rental commission for the rest of the contract even the leasee terminated our contract due to poor renovation job and roof leaking problem without fixing.
