Our wonderful staff has over 150 years of combined experience. Whether you speak to a pharmacist, technician, or DME expert, we pride ourselves on providing you with the most accurate and helpful information regarding you prescription medications and wellness as a whole. Rachel attended Long Island University and graduated with a Pharm D in 2015.
Caligor Pharmacy offers an extensive variety of medical equipment and supplies including home health care aids and first aid supplies. Mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, transport chairs, knee scooters, canes, etc. Diagnostic monitoring devices such as diabetic testing machines and blood pressure machines.
We offer a variety of vaccines to keep you healthy. Talk to your pharmacist about the immunizations you may need for seasonal illnesses or travel. We have a pharmacist on hand that is licensed to immunize certain vaccines-give us a call to find out more information or schedule a visit at 212-369-6000.
Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization. Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. My goodness what a difference a pandemic makes. My Mom and I had to go in for another device that wasn't carried anywhere else in the neighborhood. This time we had FABULOUS and KNOWLEDGABLE service not to mention good humor. I'm so pleased since I'd always rather shop local and small. Rachel is the very best pharmacist I have ever dealt with in any pharmacy. She explains, calls back, is friendly, and caring. Wish she was my Dr! This pharmacy delivers in a timely manner and even will send you meds if away. Everyone you talk to on phone there is friendly and always helpful. Switched from Zitomer and so glad I did!!!!

We have been faithful customers of Caligor for the past 19 years. During this time we have always found them to be excellent professionals. We trust them completely to compound our medications when necessary and always provide fast delivery when needed. Their judgement with medical appliances has been excellent. They personalize the service and generally know us by name. There is simply nowhere I would rather go for my medications.

Really excellent customer service. I stopped by today to pick up a knee brace bc I had been having trouble finding one that fit me properly. I didn't catch his name, but a gentleman made a few suggestions and helped me find one that fit right. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful and I'm glad I stopped in!

They asked for a $25 copay for something that didn’t have a copay. I went across the street to a big pharmacy and got it taken care of there - copay was $0 as I expected. Why did Caligor ask for $25? Very suspicious.

I break and sprain things regularly so Caligor had been my go-to medical supply store for braces, wrist guards and even walking boots. Caligor has everything including a sock to put over a cast, and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable. But this time I needed surgery which resulted in a knee scooter, wheel chair, and arm crutches. Sticker shock to begin with! And they don't accept insurance. There's a $250 deposit for each piece of rental equipment, refundable on return, and monthly rates are high. After I committed, discovered I could have bought the same equipment on

Been going to Caligor for over ten years, and would never trust any other pharmacy. Mitch and the gang are wonderful; so knowledgeable and helpful. They know customers by name, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. it's like a family over there. We've continued to go to them even after moving farther away. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Sam at Caligor. I came in today because someone suggested that they would have a shower chair small enough to fit in a prewar stall shower and they did. they also had the appropriate walker for my mother in law in stock. But the most wonderful part was that when I mentioned that I would have to deliver them to brooklyn, they were able to find a way to get them to her house for me. I cannot thank Sam enough. Customer service is alive and well at Caligor.

I have had my hands full wiith the pharmicist at this place. First they sent a non-prescription solution I did not order, and then the pharmicist, after blaming me for the mistake, refused to take back the unopened solution because "once somethng leaves the store we can't take it back because of the pharmacy laws". Then they sent out prescription drugs which I did not order, and when I called about this the pharmacisr was rude, unpleasant, and said he would take them back only if I brought them back myself. This time I called my insurance company and had them call him about this

I was totally impressed by the service and merchandise. Sam, especially was helpful and VERY honest. I was looking for a knee brace to stabilize my knee, and he was extremely helpful and patient. This store has a great variety of knee, wrist, etc. braces, many made in the U.S. -- a rarity nowadays. I highly recommend this pharmacy. It was a real find.
