Todd did a great job inspecting our home in Fremont. He was on-time, very thorough and available for all kinds of questions that I had. Hands down this guy knows his stuff! I phoned him on a last second notice for a home inspection he was able to accommodate my request. Meticulous, clean, thorough, on time, and he follows through, that's a huge plus. He said he would have the report to me within 4-5 hours. Three hours later it was complete the same day!
