Jeff is an incredible inspector. He took the time to thoroughly explain every inch of the home after his inspection. He gave us good suggestions on what can be done sooner than later and what can be done in the future. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor and did not at all pressure us into doing anything we didn't want to do.

Our realtor suggested we get Jeff to inspect the property we were in contract to buy. He was very thorough and straight-forward. As first time home buyers, he explained a lot about the house that we wouldn't necessarily know. On the surface, the house looked great, but he identified some major concerns with the house and suggested that we contact some trade professionals to get specific opinions on various issues. With 32 years of experience in real estate I have encountered my share of home inspectors. Because of my high expectations there are only 2 inspectors that I will use today and Jeff is one of them. Jeff was our inspector for our first home purchase, and he was wonderful. We felt very overwhelmed and nervous, and Jeff very patiently and thoroughly took us through our house and explained everything. He pointed out what needed immediate attention, what we could fix later, and what could wait much longer if needed. He also gave us suggestions about what to look for in the future to keep the house in good shape. On top of all that, he gave us suggestions for child safety, as we have two young kids, and they were things we never would have thought of. He made the inspection process so easy
