Very well maintained and amazing architecture. Smooth check in completely contactless. The kitchen has all the utensils you would need. Very close to a lot of good restaurants and bars.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving break, parking was easy and getting in the building and in our room was easy too. The code was sent to us the afternoon we were to get in. We had a King room with bunk beds and it fit our family of 5 well. In the room it had a king bed, a loft twin bed and underneath that was a pullout sofa. The kitchen area was nice and the bathroom was good too, they provided soap, shampoo, and body wash. My only complaints are: the lock on the door is super finicky. It took us forever to get it to lock each time we left. It also had a faint smell of dog's. And the twin loft bed

A frustrating experience. Great rooms and great price. Having no staff on site, and very patchy efficiency from the communications from management, a dirty room, no hangers or remote in my room, made this a place I don't have the patience to stay at again.

Someone was clearly just in our place. The room was left filthy. Dirty Dishes in dishwasher. We had to clean glasses to get a drink. Bed was unmade snd unwashed. A nonstop beeping noise from the door key lock every 3 minutes. Cannot sleep. Cannot relax, the beeping is SO LOUD. I tried to reach the place via phone, email and social media. NO RESPONSE. Two entire days I've been calling, emailing & then today-direct messaging this "hotel" . This was $150 a night and hands-down, the worst, actually, non-existent, customer service I've ever attempted to get. Do not go here because if you have an issue

We were visiting Louisville for the louder than life festival. The room itself was very nice and clean especially for the price. The location was perfect, little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and having a full kitchen was a plus. The issue we had was they changed the lock on the building the second day we were there and didn’t update it with the room codes. We came back around midnight after standing at the concert for 10 hours to be locked out of the building. Another couple came back at the same time and was also locked out. Luckily the front door still

This place couldn’t be in a more convenient location to the best neighborhood in Louisville. Walking distance to all NuLu has to offer as well as a short scooter ride to downtown and the big four bridge. The building was cute and well kept. The room was bigger than a traditional hotel room with full size kitchen amenities that would be great for an extended stay. My only critique was that 1) our toiletries in the shower were empty and 2) it would have been great to have a water bottle fill up station somewhere in the building.
