Quite possibly one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Everything is super high-tech and clean, the atmosphere is friendly and chill, the hygienists and doctors all took the time to walk me through everything, from the imaging and procedures to the pricing of my work. As someone with anxiety around dental visits, I'm thrilled to have found a spot that genuinely went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and listen to my needs and check in with me to make sure I was ok throughout. 12/10, would recommend.

Between my small mouth and dental anxiety I’m pretty sure I am a dentists nightmare. Dr. Owens and his team are true professionals who make me feel at ease as they can when I visit. I feel like they actually review my treatment plan and don’t try to get me in and out. I’ve always had the option of how to process and have been kept in the know. Jose is amazing and deserves a raise. As anxious as I am, the crew at Sierra Dental truly does their best to make the experience positive.

Had a tooth filling today. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Shout out to Maria and Jennifer, who were friendly and made the experience better. No one likes people playing around with instruments in their mouths or getting a tooth drilled. But I got to watch Netflix to keep my mind off of it all. And in a matter of minutes it was over. Hopefully I don’t have to do that again, but if I do, I know it will be easy and painless.

I have always hated going to the dentist, but some how I found Sierra Dental and I have to admit I look forward to my next appointment. The staff made me feel welcome right from the time I walked through the front doors. They took great care of me and explained everything I wanted to know and how they were going to set up treatment and fix the issues I was having. These people are truly phenomenal. From Kristen at the front desk to the dental hygienists like Kay and Jose, all the way to Dr Owens. They treat you like family. I it in a pretty bad accident and needed some serious dental work. They took a very scary, trying experience and made it incredibly smooth. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident. You can tell - they really care about their patients and take pride in doing amazing work. I will never go anywhere else for dental work.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for almost 3 years now and I recently found out how much they took advantage of me and probably are for other patients as well. I was told I needed a crown (upwards of $1000) and this was “diagnosed” without any type of diagnostics but just based off a sensitivity I was experiencing. I chose to get a second opinion by my family’s dentist who ran multiple diagnostics to help further define and determine if I indeed had a crack in my tooth (radiographs, bite test, sensitivity test, lights, etc). Worst service ever. I have been in for work after being absent in my dental care for an extended period of time. Trying to get back on the dental wagon, I could have probably picked better care. I keep getting rescheduled appointments and of the 2 crowns I have paid for they have lost 1 of my crowns twice now and I have been fitted for it twice. I've been waiting for months and can't get a straight answer out of anyone, much less a courtesy call back with answers. Kay, Jamie, and Dr. Owens have all worked together to make my first experience with Sierra Dental welcoming, informative, and helpful. I received an outstanding cleaning, courtesy of Jamie, and was impressed with how detailed Dr. Owens is. I also appreciated being able to see everything the team is doing on the screen; the transparency of their work helped me better understand some new developments in my teeth... I'd been long overdue for a cleaning and xrays, and magically a postcard arrived in the mail for Sierra Dental. I took it as a sign and made an appointment in August, during pandemic. Going to the dentist is a psychological experience, especially for people like me who have had bad experiences. With all of the stress from 2020, I'm happy to say that Sierra Dental didn't add it the craziness.

I've been a patient at Sierra Dental for almost a year now. I started Invisalign back in September, so it's called for multiple appointments. Every time I visit Sierra Dental I'm greeted with a smile and everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Williams is amazing. He makes an effort to get to know me as a person first, not as a patient. So I liked some oof my time there. However when I got a filling or two, I i had a dentist who I hadn't worked with. Later my floss was catching and I was getting sensitivity on two of the teeth he had worked on. Went bacK in two months later to tell them, had the same guy look them over, tell me it Wasn't a big deal, he did some filing, then I had to pay for the visit and it wasn't covered under my insurance because it was within 66 months of my laSt one. Dr. Drew, Kathy the dental hygienist, and the rest of the staff at Sierra Dental were all so amazing. They made me feel comfortable the entire time and throughout my fillings. I had a crown pop off from flossing of all things. The crown was put on by another dentist who shall remain nameless. However, I called the office at Sierra Dental ar 730am and was offered an appointment right away. Freddie and Dr. Williams were so amazing and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and ensured the crown was put on perfectly. Added bonus- Freddie showed me the cat channel on PlutoTV!

I just had three molars extracted by Dr. Drew Williams yesterday. I'm terrified of dentists!!!
Dr. Drew Williams is the BEST dentist I've ever been too!! He was very good administering novicaine shots!! It only hurt a little bit!! He took his time, and made it as comfortable as possible!! I never dreamed a dental visit could not be a tramatic experience. I highly recommend Dr. Drew Williams to any "dental chickens" out there!!!!
