Our doctors and staff have tons of experience providing excellent dental care. We would love to see you and your loved ones! All 4 of our clinicians have decades of experience in the Front Range providing general dentistry, gentle teeth cleanings, periodontal and orthodontic care. We value experience over appearances.
General dentistry is unlike specialists, who are mostly focused on a particular aspect of dental practice such as Periodontal care and Orthodontics. General dentistry involves the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions, disorders and diseases affecting the teeth, gums and maxillofacial (associated with the jaw and face) region of the body.
Don't worry if you don't see yours in this list. We can submit any PPO insurance in our office, so if you have an obscure insurance plan, we will do everything we can to help you. Our office offers general dentistry, gentle cleanings, crowns, bridges, gum treatment and gum surgery, clear braces and teeth straightening.
A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease of the structures that surround and support your teeth, like your gums, alveolar bone, cementum and the root ligament, and in the placement of dental implants. Periodontists are also experts in the treatment of oral inflammation.
Dental implants are metal posts (replacement tooth roots) that are surgically positioned into the jawbone beneath your gums. Once in place, they allow your dentist to mount replacement teeth onto them. With poor-fitting dentures, the teeth can slip within the mouth causing you to mumble or slur your words.

I cannot possibly say enough about the team here. I absolutely hate going to the dentist - and that is never going to change, but every single person I interact with from the moment I step into the office to the moment I step out makes me feel as comfortable as humanly possible for a person like me. I am so thankful I found this place after moving here. The friendliness and kindness they have shown me makes it so easy to keep up with my cleanings and I've even (voluntarily!) opted into updating an old crown. 11 out of 10 recommend.

I love this place! They are so accommodating and honest and reliable. I went to another dentist because I moved who sent me home with a treatment plan for 10 different things they said I needed done when I hadn't even had a filling in years. Went back to capitol premiere for a 2nd opinion and was mind blown to know only 1 of those things needed work !! Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness capitol premiere you saved me !

Dr. Yahnian is so professional, nice, and he knows what he is doing. Donna is amazing and she is also very professional and makes you feel at ease. Everyone at the office is nice, and makes you feel so at ease and they make sure you are happy with whatever they did for you and will answer any questions you have in a way you can understand without making you feel dumb. I highly recommend them!

Be provided with solutions to your dental problems and being around a group of friendly individuals who strive to help you be at your best. This is the place. I love this dental office! David always fits me in for appointment as soon as possible. He explains every step of the insurance process. Donna is the dental hygienist and very sweet and takes extra time to make sure everything is perfect. Dr. Yahnian is very knowledgeable and gentle. He cares about his patients.They make a great team. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

I can not say enough good things about this dental office & my 2 experiences. The care that they provide & down to earth professionalism is top notch. They basically went in & fixed all of my previous dental office’s mistakes/careless work & did not slap me with a crippling bill, far from it - actually. They are noticeably transparent about everything. If you’re looking for a great group of people who handle with care & are extremely communicative about what’s going on with your dental needs while also not trying to sell you on procedures that you don’t need, look no further! I am not easy
