Every appointment that I have with Dr. Benson goes smoothly. He is on time and makes feel comfortable by explaining the action plan with my braces. Dione is always friendly and does her best to schedule my next appointments at a time convenient for my work schedule. Also Stephanie has gone out of her way to help me out. I would definitely recommend Dr. Benson!

Currently on our third kid getting help from Dr. Benson, and this one is the most challenging. He has always been thorough and efficient and continues to do a great job explaining our plan, including complex issues and long-term planning. Dionne (front desk) is amazing and always kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Note: I did not receive orthodontics with Dr. Benson, but nonetheless I think this is a useful review! I was referred to Dr. Benson by my dentist and periodontist. I have had a few gum grafting treatments and it was thought that the position of my teeth was contributing to the need for recurring grafting. Dr. Benson took a look and gave me some hard truths! He laid out two options: one involving extensive bone and gum grafting, tooth removal, and braces , the other... do nothing. He was honest about cost and potential risk/reward. At the end of the day, I appreciated his upfront and honest demeanor

I had a nice smile but my teeth were pretty jacked up before I got braces with them. When I got my X-ray they found that I had a tooth hidden above the roof of my mouth. With a small surgery they were able to access the tooth and over a period of about a year and a half Benson Orthodontics was able to slowly pull the tooth into place. I couldn’t be more happy with how my teeth are now. They are professionals that really care about their patients. I would highly recommend.

Both of my kids needed extensive dental work. They both had a tooth that did not come in and had migrated to the roof of their mouth. Benson Orthodontics was able to correct the issue in a thoughtful and thorough manner. Now my kids have beautiful, healthy smiles. The office is very professional. They send lots of reminders for appointments which is very helpful for a busy family. We would reccomend them to anyone looking for a healthy smile.

Dr. Benson is the best!!
We took both kids to see him starting when they were about eight years old. For our older child, he advised having a few baby teeth pulled in order to make way for the adult teeth. We followed his advice and our son didn't end up needing braces.
I tend to have a higher degree of trust for professionals who essentially talk their customers out of spending money. He's just a good guy.

It's been a pleasure working with Dr. Benson for my adult braces. Given some gum recession issues, he consulted with my periodontist before proceeding. The two of them worked out a plan to ensure the best results. I truly appreciated this conservative approach with my best interests as his top priority. He's extremely competent and a very nice person to boot.

I have three children all in braces right now. However, we started seeing Dr. Benson 3-4 years prior to them starting braces, and that was all free of charge until the time was right for them to begin orthodontic treatments. Dr. Benson has a conservative, yet research-based approach, and he prefers to start braces within the "optimal timeframe" for the best outcome rather than "as soon as possible". Also, with three kids to schedule, it (could be) a scheduling nightmare, but it's not because they are accessible and personable.

The Benson Orthodontics team is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very organized. Our high school age son has completed his orthodontics and has a beautiful smile to show for it. Dr. Benson has begun to annually assess our 4th and 5th graders to help determine what intervention may be necessary and to provide some feedback on the possible timing of that intervention. Dr. Benson is skilled at his craft, practical, trustworthy and communicates effectively with our family and with our children's dentists.

I love working with Dr. Benson, Dione and the staff. They always make me feel comfortable, and it's such a nice comfortable office. Not intimidating like a huge ortho office, and they cater to adults. They are very personal, love their job, and really care. I always appreciate their honesty, and full explanation of my procedures and progress. They are always on time, and I never stood around waiting in their waiting room, for more than a few minutes like many dentists that can keep you waiting 20 or 30 minutes. I would, and do highly recommend their office if you would like true quality

As an adult in my mid-thirties, I wasn't psyched about getting braces again, but I'm so glad I did it! Dr. Benson and Dione are truly a dream team! After a year in braces (one week short of the year Dr. Benson estimated!) I got them off this morning, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Benson clearly explains what he's doing every step of the way, and Dione always greets me by name when I arrive for my appointments. They made the process so easy. They are the best, and I can't recommend them highly enough!
