I had the worst experience! My daughters appointment was to be at 9:30am, we checked in at 9:20am, did not get seen till 10:20am, for a 2 minute appointment!?! Front desk had explained that they were busy with new patients getting braces for the first time. My daughter has been a patient for 2 years, we have a payment arrangement contract and instead of seeing us for the 2 minutes they had her wait an hour. Dr. Feller made it clear that new money was his priority and not his patients, all we got from front desk was a sorry! Instead of going in there and letting feller know, that one of his patients
