Dr. Welch is a specialty trained orthodontist who has attained Board Certification by the American Board of Orthodontics. He has been a professor, a researcher, a published author and a decorated military officer.
He now lives and practices Orthodontics exclusively in Las Vegas. At Welch Orthodontics, it is our goal to provide you with high quality, affordable orthodontic treatment options that fit your budget! We offer a variety of payment options. Having orthodontic insurance coverage will help in reducing your expenses for orthodontic treatment. Most dental insurance policies cover 80% to 100% of dental work needed during a given year; however, orthodontic insurance is different.
We regard a personal referral from one of our patients as the highest compliment. In appreciation, we offer a gift to patients who share their confidence in our office with others. When a new patient is referred to our office by a friend or relative, the referral source receives a gift when the new patient begins orthodontic treatment.

After Dr. Welch graduated from dental school in 1979, he was offered several opportunities to enter private practice or specialty training. His desire to give something back to a country which he felt had given him so much led him to a commitment to the US Public Health Service. He spent a total of three years with the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma and Penobscot Native Americans in Maine.

Today was my second visit. And I'm beyond impressed with the patient care that they have provided me. I never imagined I'd be getting braces at the age of 37 but here I am. Dr.Forgues, Sonia and his staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate me in this journey. Dr.Forgues is just amazing and trust him in giving me a much prettier smile.

I had my first visit / consultation and I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Welch.
He’s a very well experienced Orthodontist and will answer questions to the best of his knowledge. I left feeling confident and excited about getting braces, that alone made the visit worth while. The office is so clean and inviting. Friendly staff, excellent care!!! If you are in need of orthodontic care, this is the place to go.

I called the office to try to get an appointment to get a replacement retainer. They were able to get me a same-day appointment within a few hours. Ken was very nice and courteous on the phone and in person as well. The entire staff was very friendly and made the entire experience a great one! Dr. Welch was outstanding! He and the technician even stayed after closing just to make sure my teeth looked impeccable! I am a member of the military, as was Dr. Welch, and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best orthodontic offices I've ever been to!

Only orthodontist I recommend! Dr Welch did a palatal expander on my 5 year old. It was easy on her and she had great results. I also had Dr Welch do a permanent retainer on my lower teeth and I was very happy with my experience. It was a pretty far drive from my home, but so worth the distance. Thank you Dr. Welch and your awesome team for taking great care of my 5 year old and helping me out as well.
