I just called to ask about insurance coverage, . The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, and when I asked if she took my insurance plan, she said, “I think”, but actually refused to double check for me when I asked. She said, “my assistant doesn’t work till Tuesday”..(meaning I guess the assistant is only there a couple days a week considering it’s Thursday?), which I don’t understand why that’s important, I understand if you need your biller to verify co-pay information, but the woman answering the only phone number on their website during regular business hours should probably

I suffered 2 weeks back pain from my old slipped disc which got triggered by a sport injury, hardly could take care of myself like turning around on bed or putting on socks. Thanks to a mutual friend that introduced me to Dr. Chen, who made my pain disappeared totally with only 3 sessions.
6 weeks ago I injured my wrist from sport again, and finally I was tired of waiting and hoping for self-healing so I went to Dr. Chen. His outstanding skills of acupuncture and acupressure once again put the pain away with 2 sessions.
Obviously I wish I would never need to see Dr. Chen again in his office
