I called to get information on your products and what you would recommend for a black vehicle. I asked the gentleman to send to my email and he told me he couldn’t because he was busy then hung up the phone. I then call back and ask to speak with a manager and surprise it was the same person that hung up on me. Then he gives me a cheap excuse that he hit the wrong button.

Called Thursday when it didn’t arrive.
Guy who “only works front desk” can’t find order.
I no longer need this product. I just want a refund.
Assures I’ll get a call back same day.
It’s Sunday now.
No call back.

It’s now Monday and I’ve called again.
I was given “ Ivan’s”number and told he would help.
Called Ivan, straight to voicemail.
I call USA back.
“Oh, Ivan is in Puerto Rico.” Call tomorrow.
