I have visited my fair share of hair salons in Savannah Ga but Upscale Hair Salon is by far the best that I've been to. My stylist Lacey is very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for all types of hair. She professional and friendly (which is very important to me) and the best stylist I've every had. The atmosphere in the salon very comfortable and everyone in the salon is pleasant and your always greeted with a smile. When I started coming to Upscale my hair was in really bad shape but with Lacey care and attention to my hair now it's in the best shape possible. I am very pleases with the service

My experience with the shop was great. When I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Lacey actually cares about your hair. I wanted color but was told that I couldn't get any until my hair was in a healthy state and I appreciated that because it showed me that she really cares. So grateful that I found Upscale Hair Salon, would recommend to anyone who wants healthy hair.

Upscale is hands down the best hair salon for natural, healthy and professional hair care. The owner Lacy is very professional and pleasant to work with. My hair has grown and thickened since I've been going to her. I live in Atlanta and will drive to Savannah because I know I will be satisfied. I'm loving my natural long hair thanks to Lacy! I recommend Upscale to anyone in the area or out!!!!

I wish I could give them a negative star, but oh well.... I had the worst experience with Chavonne. I went in at 9am with the simple request of a blow out, straighten my hair, add some tracks for a formal pin up style. I brought in photos for inspiration even though, for a professional stylist, this style should be easy enough. Now I wasn't even bothered at first when I had to wait in line behind to other clients for the hair steamer (only one for the whole shop). If you are not pleased with your hair the way it looks and the service you are receiving wherever you are going... then you need to see Lacey at Upscale immediately! I'm a really patient person, but today was not a good day! I was super excited to get my hair done at Upscale because I'd heard they were awesome at natural hair care. I called ahead early last week, and made an appointment to make sure I could get in. I told the receptionist that I had a class at 11AM, so she suggested I come in at 9:15AM and be the first customer. She asked me would I remember, and assured me if I was late, I wouldn't make it to class in time. Now, I follow directions well, and my hair really needs some TLC, so I actually showed up at 9:05.
