Asked for 5 inches off, but 10 inches were cut off instead. Asked for a balayage, got horrible “highlights” instead. Asked for layers, got an uneven straight cut instead. The hair stylist wasn’t very polite when I first went in the door, though she did try to make some small talk afterwards. It was clear that she was ready for the vacation she was about to leave for. Tried to ask the owner for help afterwards, but Whitney was extremely rude. She said either she could fix it (when she had time) or find another salon. Had to spend $125 to get it fixed, and the other hair stylist was just shaking

If you are looking for someone who knows color and can do it right, Nickie is your girl. I am VERY picky. Moved here a couple of years ago and I'm not kidding, I used to drive back to South Carolina (where I'm from) over 2 hours away, until I found someone I would trust with coloring my hair--and did this for over a year. Then you meet someone who knows how to color hair, aka Nickie. Thank the good Lord above. She will not disappoint.
