Edinburg Mill Restaurant
The Edinburg Mill Restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served on Saturdays and Sundays. Chefs Jason Burns and Dennis Stickley are running the new facility. We are a Rustic American style cuisine and we specialize in local, fresh prepared products daily. We have a wide variety of menu items including fresh seafood, hand cut steaks, vegetarian and vegan options.

We use local produce when possible and update the menu seasonally. The restaurant is located on the lower level of the Edinburg Mill building, a Virginia Historical Landmark since 1848, which has outside access from the courtyard inside the flood wall. It is handicapped accessible and there is ample parking.
Services
Fresh lettuce, tomato, seasonal vegetables, hard boiled egg with house-made croutons, hand sliced ribeye, bacon, chicken, & cheddar cheese. Bowl of house-made soup served with a fresh side salad & bread. Bowl of house-made soup. Grilled Chicken, with choice of cheese, sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Grilled Tofu, rubbed with black garlic and topped with pickled cabbage & marinated mushrooms. Slow cooked Pork Ribs, dry rubbed with Black Tea and Spices, topped with a Korean barbecue sauce. Jumbo Lump Crab, wild mushrooms, house cured ham, and fresh herbs. Served with Sourdough Toast. Assorted cheese with accoutrements including jams, fruits, nuts and house-made bread.

The atmosphere is great. The service was fine. The food was awesome. It would be nice if they had more drink options, but what they have is fine. If you want a nice place to eat, and don’t mind spending a little more, then this is the place. I’ll be back again.

Food was excellent. My wife and I had the prime rib. Really great. A friend had the seafood platter...I was envious. It looked so good and my friend confirmed that it was. Good atmosphere. Really enjoyed evening.

Home made salad dressing, perfectly cooked steak and seafood, loved the bread and desserts. I was very happy with the bib salad, asparagus, and catfish, companion liked their ribeye and sides. We sat outside and got chocolate pecan pie to go. Friendly service too!

Dinner on Saturday evening, appetizer shrimp and grits with chorizo sausage side, Surf and Turf filet mignon with fried oysters included 2 sides. Cooked perfectly! 😋 DELICIOUS.

Absolutely wonderful. Catered a baby shower for us and we couldn't be more pleased. The set up was great, the food and drinks were great and the service was perfect!

Fantastic place and service! We are here twice because the food and service was so good. Fresh seafood, house made sides, desserts, and salad dressings. Highly recommend!

Money aside the dishes are way beyond the norm. Service was also a plus here. Pleasant and helpful with honest smiles. We had the pork belly appetizer, ribeye and prime rib with a house salad. Everything was fantastic, even the sides and wine. Not one disappointed here!

We picked this place because we didn't want to wait in traffic in the interstate. This place was a great choice. The atmosphere and the food was great. I'm not usually a salad person but a Chef's Salad with rib eye and grilled chicken was excellent. Highly recommended.

I gave this restaurant 1 star due to the fact it took the waitress about 10 minutes to even get our drink order. After taking our drink order within minutes we do have our beverages, we then place the order for our appetizer and our meal. The appetizer was amazing and received the appetizer in a timely manner as well. Upon ordering our meal the waitress asked how my husband wanted his chopped steak, his response was well done. The waitress then took my order, I asked for the Mill Burger, again the waitress asked how would you like that cooked, my response well done burn it if need be. Over an hour
