I have occasionally needed medical supplies but this time, I needed a hospital bed in a hurry. They couldn't deliver the same day because it was late, but they moved me to the front of the delivery line the following day.
They're great people and the don't or price gouge. Excellent service; delver you, set-up, breakdown and pick up. You can ask for more!

Really great experience shopping here. I bough a rollator and they provided me with excellent service. Very responsive when something broke, they called the manufacturer and replaced the part. Very customer oriented, they understand we have disabilities and helped me with putting stuff in car. Highly recommended.

I have been to Jessa Medical Supplies quite a few times for myself and for family members. After emergency surgery we needed a walker and were having trouble finding one, I called a few places Jessa only had rentals at that time (sold out like everyone else I called) but went out of their way to help me get one right away. I have always been treated well, I appreciate the professional, efficient manner in which I am treated. The male clerk onFriday, January 24, 2020 was horrible. He was disrespectful, disinterested, and acted as though providing service to a customer was an inconvenience. He made the lives of a family that already has a lot to bear even more difficult. I am horribly disappointed and ashamed that I have ever spent money in that store. I ended up wasting precious time as well being disappointed in poor service.

Great local place with wide range of medical supplies and related rental items. We've been their clients for years and they are awesome. Knowledgeable people working here who are not trying to sell you something you don't need and always helping to load the big bulky items in the car. Definitely recommend to y'all

I explained my need for a very simple piece of equipment. Of course, that was my first mistake. They are only interested in large purchases/contracts. What I needed was critical and I explained that.
The person? waiting on me, ? because not sure if it was a person nor if he was really waiting on me as he behaved more like a disinterested zombie once I told him what I needed. Asking his opinion of which would be the best product for my injury exacted the same distracted, bland demeanor

I called looking for a specific item for my daughter's wheelchair and was told the item was in stock and that the woman on the phone would put it by the register for me. I came in about an hour later and the item was by the register, as promised. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely return.

This storefront is on a narrow street with only two parking spots in front. Jessa is mainly a supply delivery business, the store is packed with items but the staff is horrible. Went on crutches and had to park around the corner. I fell on concrete stairs and was bleeding when I went in. There is not an automatic door. Nobody approached me, I asked for help and they had a hard time coming up with a band-aid and antibiotic. I complained and the man, the owner/manager argued with me until I left in tears. Nobody helped me with the door on the way out. Never will I go in there again. Horrible place

Great local business that cares about their customers.
Took a disabled family member to get medical supplies, they were ten minutes from closing.
We got there just as they locked up and the staff were incredible nice, caring, polite and helpful.
They let my relative make sure the item they he needed they had, and while it wasn't the right kind he needed, they ordered it for him.
A superb place to go for medical suplies and supporting local.

I wish all companies were like Jessa. I rented a lift chair for recovery from surgery. They were very helpful on the phone, and incredibly nice and helpful delivering and picking up the chair, being careful to move it and patiently explaining how it worked. Plus, they charged significantly less than the other company I checked with. Thank you!

I found the previous review funny, not that I don't feel compassion for Linda. But I think her anger is a bit misplaced. I know this business since I shop there occasionally for my mom who suffers from fibromyalgia.
